I need help, I've installed FM09 onto Steam but then when I try to start it SoftAnchor comes up and I have to put in my code. I did that but then it says that the code is not right and says -51

Anyone know how I can fix it?
 
I saw that some managers click on player profile and they have arrows near attributes. Have i can make it??
(Sry for all mistakes (eng)).
 
Click on a player any player and it says view at the top just above physical assributes click view and then click show recent attribute changes
