'Four goal superstar' New signing Raúl celebrates a stunning quadruple against Hannover in the German Cup.
It has been the month to remember for Schalke fans everywhere. However, everyone is talking about one man. Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. The Dutch striker has finally picked up his league form and continued scoring goals in the Champions League. He has scored some out of this world strikes and 5 assists also says something about the amount of goals he lays on for his team. If Huntelaar continues this form, it is likely that he'll see a move away from the VELTINS Arena. Another player on fine form has been Jefferson Farfán. He doesn't assist often but he plays incredibly well every game and his unforgettable brace against Nurnberg will be remembered for a long while yet!

'Don't forget me!' Even with the form of Huntelaar this month, Farfán's incredible goals against Nurnberg will not be forgotten, earning the right winger 'Player of the Week'
Martin O'Neill does deserve praise for his work at Schalke. Top of the league by 4 points has surprised many, especially knowing how tight the German Bundesliga is. He is certainly getting the best out of Farfan, Huntelaar, Baumjohann, Metzelder and Rakitic, all have been on fine form once again this month. Rakitic has found the net twice this month and the youngster looks like a fine career is looming. Surely it won't be long before Barcelona or Chelsea come sniffing around for him? For now, Rakitic and co. will want to continue their fine form and keep Schalke at the top of the table. Martin O'Neill can have no complaints.

'More, more more!' The Schalke fans are coming to love their new English manager and he is adapting quickly to the different style of game.
