How it works
I am looking for 16 people to register, when you register, you must choose a number between 1 and 16. When 16 are ready to register, I will pair people together randomly, for example, number 7 must meet a number 12 and so on. So, when everybody has picked a number, I will give each couple different challenge. Each challenge will be for one season, Each participant will have ten days to complete the season with his team and it will not change the team during the season.
Rules
Each pair will have different challenges. I will give people a team and 3 goals to which they try to achieve with that team, for example, if your team was Spurs, you would aim to come 3rd in the Prem and get to the semis of the Europa League and score 20 goals in the league with Defoe. The person who completed the most challenges would go through to the next next round. If both get the same total I will look at who was more successful overall. There will also be a twist: for example for Tottenham you cannot play Bale LM/LW, this twist has to be completed, otherwise you automaticly are out (unless the other player fails this aswell then the other rules apply)

Do I need to bother with competitions that aren't mentioned in my challenges?
I would advise you to, yes. It may not be a challenge but if it is a tie then I will judge you on overall success, however it doesent really matter.
I cannot make a profit because I cant sell any players, what can I do?
If you are struggling to sell players I will allow you to have a profit of £0, as long as you dont buy anyone.

When the first challenge is completed, the eight losing participants will drop out. Then there will be only eight, so they again choose a number between 1 and 8 Then they get a new challenge and a new competitor. This wiil carry on until there is a winner! Many Thanks to Dabbifeidi for the idea

- You must have the reputation of your manager automatic.
- You have to be very active in this thread.
- No Custom databases
- Everyone must be in the 12.2.0 patch
- You have a week to complete each challenge.
- Load up a medium database with the nation of your team and a country of your choice
- Complete the challenge punctually, anyone who does not complete the challenge by the deadline will be out
