First he said he had a future, then he said he didnt care, but then he did when Arsenal started sniffing around. Doenst care about Liverpool because they are not in the CL. Cares about Arsenal because they are. Would certainly care about United since we are usually perennial near runners.
Perhaps a 'wink, wink' from Fergie could seal the deal. I did read from Guillem earlier in the year that he wanted to loan out Sahin for a year then replace Alonso with him. Sounds like good business to me
The idea isnt to lose him permanently either. Or let him go somewhere that could turn his head into think about leaving. Imagine if he went on loan at united, played 40 games and won a double?

at 5m loan fee and 100k a week, to get a player back to shape for another club, you'd better hope he gets back to his best very quickly
