Didn't know that Arsenal had tried again too - seemed to be wanting to stay up North. Big decision for a young lad to be speaking to three great managers of the English game on one day.

Liverpool Academy is the only one who can compete at "La Masia" FC Barcelona. If they can manage those lads, then maybe 20 star players can arrive from that academy

That's all talk from Guardiola, I would say it's not that true. We do have a good academy - but not as good as La Masia.
Looking forward to Suarez and Kuyt playing, both are talented and in form players.
Henderson is a great signing for us, and I hope Downing, Wickham, Coentrao and Jones (unlikely though) join him at Anfield, then we could maybe challenge for the league?

Apparently Ipswich want Shelvey on loan, in Wickham deal. Great for both parties.
Saw that too, would be great if it happened, would lower the price and would give shelvey some playing time.

Back on Henderson, is the general concensus that he will play wide right? There seems to be a lot of love for Kuyt, so will it be a case of rotation or do you think Liverpool will give Henderson a first team slot based on the amount he has cost?

Could play on the right or left of a 3 man midfield.
Or replace Gerrard when he gets tired/injured/older? Oh, and apparently we want Doni from Roma (on a free) when he is very old - for adequate backup? Itanje and Jones are poor goalkeepers for a club like us, and Doni would be good but would cost a lot in wages.
