I'm quite excited about the Balotelli deal. Somewhat upset that Liverpool keep signing players I actually like though. I feel Mario will be right at home in the Dennis the Menace shirt you guys have.

So glad we went with Balotelli over any other players we were linked to. I'm just curious to see what will happen with Borini? Is that bid from Sunderland still on the table? If so, take it now and it makes the Balotelli gamble a much easier one to take. If the deals dead and they're chasing somebody like Welbeck then what the **** do we do with Borini? :/

In fairness, if we are competing in 4 competitions, I think we need at least 4 strikers
 
Borini is a striker?!? Aren't they supposed, you know, to score goals or something??
 
interesting to see how balotelli will fit in to our system. i think its abit of a gamble. roughly whats his wages?

If Rodgers plays with 2 up front we defiantly need 4 strikers,if we play with 1 i think 3 is sufficient.

I agree also. Selling Suarez only to buy Balotelli is just facepalm worthy. Same behaviour problems, half the ability. In fact, Balotelli's worse - Suarez might be batshit insane, but at least he's a team player, determined to win and pushing others around here to do more. Mario is half the player Luiz is, and a troublesome presence on the pitch, troublesome presence in the backroom, troublesome presence outside of the stadium.

You are forgetting that Luis desperately wanted to go and that we got 75mil form him and singed Baloteli for 16mil.
