Can currently playing for Germany in the U-21 Euro semi.

Sadly, Ilori pulled out pre-kickoff with injury.

5-0 Portugal. Never saw that coming.

Can as woeful as the rest of them. Ilori in the final.

Strange afternoon.

Good luck man.

I shall be watching the Brazil game later to look at Fermino so I'll spare you a thought lol.

Cheers man think brazil will be ok, they were just shy of evens earlier in the week can you believe that!

think neymar being out will help them tbf and fair to say coutinho wont get a chance like this again in his proper position (he is playing right?) Its mexico I worry about costa rica could be stubborn opposition as teams found out at the world cup.

He'd better be playing or I'mma be ****** at Dunga. Lol. Started the last game so hopefully it'll continue that way.

Least Mexico will be a lot stronger now they're in Gold Cup mode and getting one over the States.

Yeah sure I saw he will play in his more natural position but nothing would surprise me with Dunga.

Bacca to Milan almost done then.

Shame.

As noted previous, I honestly know next to nothing about him save for what I've read in the main. (Only seen him in the Europa League final.).

But on the face of it not too perturbed at missing on a 29 year old through next year at over £ 20 million.

I appreciate the point above about forwards thinning out but buying for buyings sake gets you nowhere. We're the glowing testament to that.

I would honestly rather us buy no striker, then spend the cash villa want for an overrated benteke. Who unless we decide to become longball FC will be useless for us.

IF we get panicked into buying Benteke then it just undoes the early work of the window.

Still a LONG way to go. If Chelsea are trying to offload Remy why not explore that?

I doubt remy is going to want to work with rodgers after the **** he pulled on him. I mean a heart problem, seriously rodgers. come on.

I would LOVE to know what actually went down there.

We had him all but sealed for less than Chelsea paid for him. ****, they even gave him a darn squad number. And then after a week of drawing out the medical, suddenly a man with 2 moves the previous few years who'd just had a further medical pass to be part of the French WC squad had a 'heart concern.' Either we have super, SUPER stringent medicals or L'pool decided to move in another direction for some reason.

Did they get wind of someone else being available they thought they could get? Falcao maybe?

All very strange but one things for sure that was utter B/S over the alleged heart condition.

Guess we'll never know.

That heart condition's been knocking about for yeaaaaaaars with Remy. Rodgers didnt pull anything about it, the medical team make the decision.

But yet in the past two seasons he's had three moves and played in the WC Finals.

QPR, Newcastle, Chelsea and France all pass him with flying colours (and he plays a good percentage of games with each); yet Liverpool are the ones to discover and pull the plug on the basis he has a heart concern?

Either we have the most stringent medical examination going, or it's absolute B/S what the club came out with.

I'm calling the later.
