I'll talk more when I'm home what ever time that will be but that was absolutely brilliant and beyond anyones wildest dreams. 80 mins the streets round the ground where RAMMED! I was expecting maybe a thousand or so like the early SOS marches. Couple K at most. But there must of been a good 7/8 K out the Kop alone. And there were plenty of empty seats all over looking round walking down. First major shot across Boston's bow. That won't of gone unnoticed at all.

The match was completely irrelevant today, but in many ways Sunderland's comeback after the walk out was just the perfect outcome. We left at 2-0 and coasting. The game finishes 2-2. Could there be ANY better message than that to the greedy Yank ***** that SUPPORTERS are VITALY important?

SO proud of the solidarity SO many fans showed for their fellow fan today. Never thought we'd be going down this road with another fight with owners but they've brought it around so here we are again.

Well done to one and all. HUGELY successful first protest. Oh, lad the pub here saying Carra walked out too. Trying to confirm that. (Anyone have anything?). Scouse solidarity in action!

Reeding reports of upto 15K walking out which in three short days is ridiculous mobilisation.

2 points dropped but one MASSIVE message sent across the Atlantic. Buckle up Boston. This is just the start!

*Edit* Oh yeah, just to nark Tezzz, as far as I saw Mingolet kept a clean sheet so where's all this coming from hahah? *Just messing with yer la.

I'd love to share your enthusiasm but i don't see the walkout having any effect.

Unless it is a continued walkout, whilst it resonates now it will go back to normal at the next home game. Then the next step may be to not go to games at all, well then other people will purchase tickets.

the price increases are ridiculous, especially considering the team on the pitch is one of the worst for some time, but they'll see their decision verified when Anfield is full almost every week
 
Marshall mate, we've just gotten upwards of 15 thousand stand together to send the message that this won't be tolerated. In 3 short days. And that's just the start of protests. . We wore the other two clowns down in the end and turned the sponsors against them. That right there should give optimism to stand up and fight this greed. If you don't stand up for what you believe in what's the point?

Today has again shown what strength of unity can bring. The more people that get educated and join in whatever course of action follows, the stronger that unity becomes.

12 of the last 15 shots I think it is on our goal have gone in. Kind of dispels the myth he's a great shot stopper huh?

Just watched Sunderland's goals. Terrible wall on the free kick. But then he's the one who set's that up, And he shouldn't get beat the near post to such a tame effort. Second goal was on Sakho for more real poor defending from him. But Mingolet was at fault the first and I presume, like you alluded to, that changed the last 10 in a game we we're coasting in when I left.
 
We need to sell Mignolet in the next transfer window. He`s not a good enough, too many goals is his fault. He makes error after error, if we want to play in the Champions League we need a world-class goalie. Mignolet is not a poor goalie, but his just not good enough for Liverpool.
 
Seriously can't believe some of the absolute garbage, to be polite, on twitter over the walkout. Not from other clubs fans, who are in the main supportive. But from so called Reds. If I had a penny for how many times I've read tonight 'It's utterly pointless/ You deserted the team and cost them three points/ If you don't like it you don't have to pay it' et all.

It just ..... sighs. SO many of our fan base still need seriously educating on what really matters. Thankfully, there's MANY more this time round that don't and are prepared to stand up as one and fight. I shouldn't even be bothered by the ridiculousness (still being polite) of the twitter hoards. Not that any vindication for standing up for your fellow fan is needed, but the big media coverage both sides of the Atlantic/ club legends like Roy Evans and Jamie Carragher in full support/ the club captain adding his backing/ MOTD fully backing the walkout at the start of this campaign et all MORE than does that than any uneducated moron on twitter can try tear down. Just saddens you that there's Liverpool 'fans' among them spouting ****.

I wasn't going to say anything on anyone that didn't walk. A protest, however just, is up to the individual and can't be forced. And people have their own reasons for seeing the game out. Then you get to some of the comments .....

Today and going forward was nothing to do with the team and everything about the future of our game. Keep accepting it, and next time it could well be your seat that gets hiked. After reading some of the absolute **** I've been reading this evening, I hope everyone that did stay after the 77th minute felt guilty for your fellow fan.

This one was actually Dnipro, not Shakhtar. Konoplyanka was the player. There is a possible parallel in that we didn't go back for him in the summer, or even on a free a year later, and similarly, if Teixeira had stayed with Shakhtar I'm not entirely convinced we would have gone for him at the end of the season anyway.

Fantastic to read such a positive media response this morning to yesterdays events both sides of the Atlantic and around Europe. Not that it was needed, but that MORE than justify's making a stand.

15,000 walking man in three short days. Staggering. In the same way we've stood up and fought the highest powers in the land for the past going on 27 years to get justice for our dead, I'm not sure that happens at any other club or in any other City.

Proudest I've been at a match all season.

Boston, the ball is in your court. Enough is ENOUGH!

I am REALLY not sure why he was even bought back if it was to sit on the bench the rest of the season. It's not as if the keeper in front of him is keeping him out is it?

Never understood why he didn't at least play the first game against West Ham. Scotland might not be a great standard, but at least he was getting regular first team football and playing well. You presume he was brought back so Klopp could properly evaluate him up close to see if he does have what it takes to be a part the first team squad next year. But how do you do that if you don't see him in competitive first team action?

To a wider point, I actually think he's missing a great opportunity here to blood the best of the youth in the league and have a serious look at them. The top 4's all but dead with our horrendous recent run. He's under zero pressure in what is ostensibly an evaluation year, coming in as late as he did and working with players that he didn't sign. And he has the full backing and love of most everyone so very few would moan if he did take a look at the likes of Ward, Smith, Branigan, Ojo and Teixeira in place of the continued mediocrity in most of the senior players.

I really hope he's not fallen into the need/ pressure so many do here of having to get results so he feels he has to play the established guys because he's really not under that.

It'll be a sad opportunity missed if that's the case because rarely has a L'pool manager in the Premier League era had that love from most everyone and been afforded that opportunity to play the youth without any worries of much criticism.

It's a tough balancing act... There is a chance to blood the youngsters, but then there is a chance that in return we continue to fall down the table

We are already on the cusp of our worst ever finish in the Premier League - A record I am sure Klopp would not want to oversee.

Despite it not being his squad, he will have to take some blame because it has been terrible this season
