I know about home advantages etc, but saw some pics and videos about yesterdays game and got me thinking about it. Firstly is this not hugely disrespecting your opponents and secondly dangerous for players.?
Basically there where pictures and videos of halftime how only the side where Liverpool is attacking was cleaned from snow.... Is this not against some rules or usual stuff at every pitch? I understand watering or some small things, but
thick snow and ice is huge disadvantage for opponent attacking capabilities.
Not sure what was going on there.
If the idea was to give our attacking a boost second half and limit theirs, it had the complete converse effect and was
totally detrimental to our game as we couldn’t start quick from the back which effects the whole tempo and rhythm of our play.
Real mad one that. Nottin wrong with it but I didn’t like it.
