No, it's been reported by JIM WHITE off SKY SPORTS NEWS, how many times.

He is usually reliable and also broke the Shaw to United for £27m all the way back in May.

City signed Mangala, Mourinho confirmed he isn't interested and Bayern won't spend €35M on a back-up CB IMO.
