Shawcross is intresting, certainly more commanding and leader like compared to evans and smalling, academy lad and legit question is he better than evans/smalling?

If you could choose 1 of Shawcross or Moutinho who would it be? I'd actually say Shawcross... we lack a figure like him in our defence and he's still only 26... still baffled how he isn't in England setup.
