It says more or less the following.

Monday, Mino Raiola was finalizing, in the South of France, the arrival of the offensive midfield of Dortmund Henrikh Mkhitarian at Manchester United. But the Italian agent had another topic to tackle with Ed Woodward, the executive vice-president of MU: the one of Paul Pogba. The interest of MU for the French midfield is nothing new. As we pointed out last week, Jose Mourinho wants to make his midfield denser thanks to the Turinese. But the fact that both parties meet in order to determine the details of the move to make, shows the progress of the discussion.

Now that article itself is nothing big, it's one of those online articles.
However the underlying part is related to a 2nd article, which is a premium one (so more reliable and interesting info, basically). And this article was written by Damien Degorre (with B. Gh. and M. Go.).

Since it's a premium article, I cannot read most of it but the beginning is the following.

Discussions have been started between executives of ManU and those of Juventus for the transfer of Paul Pogba.

And what if he came back, 4 years later? The possibility to see Paul Pogba again in a Manchester United shirt takes more and more credibility as days pass as a first contact has been made between Ed Woodward, the executive director of the Red Devils, and Juventus Turin executives, where the 23 years old French international is under contract until 2019. Of English source, Manchester leans on a substantial financial envelope to finalise this case and satisfy the desires of Jose Mourinho, who already dreamed of Pogba, last summer, when he was at Chelsea. This works out great, Juventus has no intention to negotiate starting a certain amount (we're being told 100 M€).

For Pogba, coming back one day at Manchester was a step in his career plan.

Can see his point, still unlikely and would be nice to get it sorted one way or the other. These deals that rumble on for ages usually don't happen. Kind of gives me the same feeling as the Vidal deal which was reported by press for donkeys and nothing happened.

Theatre of dreams is just reporting news. But either way, whats wrong with people having a little hope? Reliable sources say its possible he could return. Cant help not be a little be excited if you're a Man Utd fan.

Jose doesn't want this to run till the end of the season. This will be over in a couple of weeks on our end, one way or another.
