Wouldn't surprise me, sickening how they make so much money yet try to avoid stuff the common joe on a pitiful salary does with their earnings.

The Seamus Coleman/Manchester United rumours are reignited - putting aside the fact that there may be very little truth in it, but in my opinion if Mourinho doesn't fancy Darmian long term (which if we were to base it early doors, it would seem that way), then I'd love for us to swoop for the Everton man.

A boyhood United fan, solid defensively, really dangerous going forward, he's an engine, international captaincy experience, has a real know-how about the league, only turning 28 tomorrow so at least a good 4-5 years at the top of his game, has a nitty gritty Roy Keane-esque attitude about him, after reading his comments the other day regarding modern day players you could hardly disagree; "Your job is to train well and play well on Saturday and do well week in, week out. That's your job. Your job isn't to be going out and buying the best of everything just because someone else is. But they feel they all need to have the best because of the pressure. They think they need to look good on their Instagram pictures. They think they have to follow the leader but they are just kids — boys."

Really think he would fit the bill, but I would understand if others were cautious.

Dont think there's any truth in it TBH. All originated from a story in the Mirror which the Sun then quoted. Plus the 6m fee the Mirror mentioned was one of the biggest laughs I've had in a long time. My mate at work knows him and has friends who went to school and are still in contact. He has told them he wants to stay at Everton and finish his career there. Even if there was a small chance we would get seriously fleeced for a good player but not special for the price we would have to pay. Under Koeman Everton are building something and they sent a clear message out this summer by saying there not a selling club and rejecting offers and big ones for some of there stars.

Me personally think TFM will replace Valencia.

Comes back to the discussion the other day.

Why would you want to bring in another vet. to stand in his way? 'But he's not experienced' yada yada. He never will be if he doesn't get a run of games.

Netherlands- France/ Wijnaldum/Pogba dual before next Monday tonight for anyone interested right now.

*Edit* And Memphis just come on as an early sub. What more could you want on a boring Monday evening?

Paul Pogba unleashes a strike from around 30-35 yards out, too hot to handle for Stekelenburg (who should've still done much better), and rifles in. 1-0 France.

He's such an animal in the air too, literally has everything

Pogba has battered Strootman this second have.

Netherlands have 3 controlling generals in the game, still cant control the match

Rivals will still find a way to bash him though! Pogba is an animal!
