Or maybe he has big hopes on our reserve players to come good. Yeah very risky, could back fire big time. And if Carrick gets injured then we are done.

And this is the big one. It doesnt matter how many of our players hugely step. We have no cover for Carrick, and we are lucky that he has not picked a significant injury. We cannot go into next season like that.

Yeah we don't have cover for Carrick at all, maybe Anderson will play if Carrick is injured, at the start of the season he played deeper role. That's the only logical choice.

Need CM and LB big time, just one or two injuries away from playing players out of position again.

The way this game going clevs wont have any legs for next season had 2-3 crunching tackles from behind already:(

I am getting desperate for a concrete explanation from fergie about how we're.going to line up next.season. the way we've been linked with RVP and moura.is disturbing as ****. I hope his faith in our reserve cm's come through. I will be livid if welbeck situation goes out of hand.

I would be delighted if we signed RVP, as long as the fee is realistic for a player his age with a year left on his contract. He's one of the best technical strikers in the world, he'd be a great foil for Rooney. I think everyone would get games too, it's not going to stifle player development, and it would be a very fluid and interchangable attack. Van Persie, Rooney, Kagawa, Welbeck, Young & Nani can all play in any position amongst the front 4 of a 4-2-3-1 and it would be a mouthwatering attack. With Park gone, the extra cover on the flanks will be Welbeck/Kagawa now.

And SAF isn't stupid, he's looking for a Scholes type replacement all the time but it's difficult to replace him, and we won't pay over the odds for a player unless he is really young. I'm glad our approaches for Moura have been rebuffed though, he's a talent but far too expensive for a player so raw. I'd be content going into the season without adding another player to be honest. Cover for Evra would be nice but we have Rafael, Evans and even Giggs who can cover if it get's to that. Evra rarely misses games anyway. I like thw look of our younger CM's breaking through at the minute and expect Cleverley and Anderson to push on now too.

Problem is, without the solid midfield, that front 4 breaks down.

Just watching build up to uniteds next game on MUFC and seen interview with fergie about RVP boy he was ****** it had been revealed by arsenal!

Starting XI for game vs ajax cape town amos, vermijl, wooton, ferdie, blackett, valencia, scholes, carrick, anderson, kagawa, hernandez.

Great goal by Cape Town.. we are toothless, but it's an understanding. Quite happy with Kagawa, haven't seen much from Powell. Tunnicliffe ( sp) looks good so far.

Kagawa was different class, powell was unlucky good finish by bebe was dissapionting in final 3rd but draw was fair result even tho we missed some sitters.

The final 3rd was horrible from us.Kagawa impressed and anyone knows how long evans is out since we already lost smalling for 3 months.

evans should not be that long according to SAF maybe couple weeks.Kagawa you can just see the class, touch, control, passing and suprisingly strong for small guy.

I really hope Bébé will get some more playing time this pre-season and earn himself a loan to an EPL club.
