If the Moura rumours are true then it probably means that Nani is on his way as we couldn't negotiate a deal with him for a new contract.
Dont see why even if we did sign moura would only have 4 wingers plus moura can play more central role and is young enough to be moulded into any position from CM to AMR/L or AMC, plus valencia will only have couple more years at top level.Dont understand why nani has to leave if moura comes fergie looking to strengthen squad not weaken and nani has said in loads of interviews he wants to stay.

Just turned 27 yesterday and Nani is just 1 year younger than Valencia.

Last time I think we tried against Fulham and it was obvious thing to say that they raped us. But on that day it was De Laet, Carrick and Fletcher played as back 3 I think.

I think Keane or Jones will play.
Keane has played LB for reserves couple of times, thing that worries me is phelan being in charge think tacticaly was better team when quieroz was number 2 phelan just looks fed up and disinterested half the time.

Thought nani was couple years younger my bad still dont mean nani is leaving coz we might be signing moura.

Yeah selling Nani will be our biggest mistake in years and tbh there are no rumors at all. So I'm not worried.

And also if Keane has played as LB then good, will have one more option for first team.

And re Phelan, I think SAF has planned out how many mins each player will be getting. Phelan won't have much work

Is Lucas Moura what we need? Probably not, unless Fergie sees something we don't and tries to mould him into more of a deeper position in the CM role, but I always thought he made the wrong move doing that to Anderson, could it be another Anderson?

Is he a talented player? No doubt about that he has talent, even though he is not what we need, he is a player I would still welcome, sure it would be a waste of money but it would add some magic to the squad, he is unpredictable, he can either be brilliant or unnoticable on his day, but as age is on his side, he is still very much learning and Fergie could make him a top top player, no doubt the ability is there.

Yep keane can play anywhere across the back, think nani will stay he said he wanted it sorted before went on tour with squad so i think is nearly done tbh same for welbeck, dont know why just dont like phelan as no2.

Think he can easily be moulded into more central role plus i think big fee will have quite a few add ons so dont think would be 30m upfront plus resale value, and think anderson is on last chance this season if he starts like last season then we will be pretty unstoppable this season with the new additions and more expected plus clevers has had good olympics to looks fit and sharpe.

How wxactly? If he can't agree on a new deal I'd rather offload him at his highest point of value than have a Nasri/RVP saga at the club in a year or two

True hope he stays but if rumours are true maybe could be used in a deal with madrid for sahin if madrid interested in nani, but i hope he signs.

If the reports are true then he has already reduced the demands and also he said he is happy to be at United. I think deal will be agreed sooner. There are no news at all linking him away from the club apart from lazy journalists linking him with Madrid as he is Portuguese winger playing at United.

Also if we sign 30M for Lucas, I dont think any team will pay 30M for Nani so we will end up paying more for lesser player. To retain best players sometimes we have to pay the big wages to move forward. Not over the odds but at least to an extent to retain our second or arguable best attacker in the team.

Also there were few rumors about Welbeck stalling the new contract signing.

But the point is you already have top players in Nani, Valencia etc. who are not exactly getting on. Why waste over 30m pounds on just potential and chance alone, thats Chelsea's style of doing business. Don't try to fool yourself, this is a bad deal whichever way you look at it

If you are looking to mould a Brazilian into a more central role, you are looking at the wrong one. I doubt Moura can be moulded into a deeper role anyways, that will just be wasting his two best attributes: Pace and Flair

You could be right but will have to see.
