Shame as she’s very talented. But not surprising after Ole left.

Update: Karna Solskjaer to AaFK Fortuna from Man Utd will be a permanent transfer. She will initially sign an amateur contract with them and then pen a first professional deal from 1 August. #MUWomen

Sounds the perfect company man to help change things. 🤦‍♂️

Not really a company man he was Chelsea’s football executive for about 7 years before starting his own firm and had worked at many other clubs before that in England inc the FA and in Europe also. From reading Murtaugh has had the say to bring him in and suggested him to the Glazers having worked with him in the past.

Looks like Arnold is entrusting and going to leave Murtaugh to completely reshape the footballing side of things at mens level. Like he has with the whole academy and also the womens team. He’s basically running the whole entire football side of operations. And looking to build a trusted and experienced team around him to take the club forward on all levels.

You just ironically added to that mate with big Eds bezzie Murtaugh. Who’s perfect for the Glazers.

But as regards the quoted on Forde, I’d be wanting nothing to do with anyone they have previous with. Its bad enough they own you and pillage off Utd without any more connections this side of the pond at the club.

But thats just me.

Murtaugh wasn’t bezzies with Woodward. Your thinking about Matt Judge and Richard Arnold who all went to the same university and then business school together. Luckily 2 out of those 3 have gone and Arnold who remains actually seems to have some sense about him and is happy to have actual football people deciding things and reshaping the club.

Time will tell how this all works out. But there’s no doubt as of now that since Ed has left and Arnold has come in and we have appointed Murtaugh as DOF there’s definately huge positive changes happening at the club. Time and more importantly results will be the determining factor of there time being a success.

No, I was thinking of Murtaugh and his relationship working under him which I've read described as such on numerous occasions. But it's interesting to know on Arnold ta. I'll leave that there as you wouldn't like my similar views on him as a Glazer stooge then.

Ta for the YC info. Would have liked to have watched that but it conflicts with other, more pressing games.

All the best. I don't see any ned for club rivalry when it comes to youth development.

FA Youth cup tickets completely sold out 75k plus 😁
Yep it's a record crowd for the FA Youth Cup by some significant distance. Mind you at £1 a ticket and the way the first team have been playing the fans clearly want to see some 'hungry players'. What will be interesting is how both sets of players cope.

Yeah should think you will be more interested in City Wolves. Youth cup should be a cracker. Shame I couldn’t get.

Yeah should be interesting to see how they cope. Hopefully we should be ok in that regards as we usually get good attendances when we have players at OT on the odd occasion this season. Another thing I was happy the club decided to bring in when possible with the u23s, u18s and womens.

Not sure how the majority of these are classed as 'legends', but there's one of those games a week on Saturday at Utd for anyone interested-

Not sure who dubs Antonio Valencia as a “united legend” or anything close. Better of having Ronaldo in his place. Berbatov is in the Robin Van Persie category. Not quite “legend” but a couple tiers below.

The Liverpool side, I mean, Kuyt could make a case but that’s about it.
