He took the ball and his foot bounced off the ball and that's why it went so high. Like zero intention but to play the ball. You need to be really unlucky to conceive a foul there and to receive a red you need to have English ref in the game.Only saw the red.
He jumps in to the tackle with both feet off the ground, one of the feet is knubs ahead. He got unlucky because of the bounce but that is idiotic thing to do and red is fair shout. Second straight red for him in PL, never got them in La Liga. Think now because it is second 4 or 5 match ban?
But yeah inconsistency is a ***** with refs.
I’d say it’s a textbook red card however, that textbook hasn’t been followed in ages. Fouls like Casemiro’s usually go unpunished or yellow carded at worst. You don’t even need to go back any further than the Leicester-Chelsea game yesterdayHe took the ball and his foot bounced off the ball and that's why it went so high. Yeah, you're probably right.I’d say it’s a textbook red card however, that textbook hasn’t been followed in ages. Fouls like Casemiro’s usually go unpunished or yellow carded at worst. You don’t even need to go back any further than the Leicester-Chelsea game yesterday
I’m just thankful that Brighton away match got moved. Would’ve been a nightmare to go into that one without our best DMLeast he will be available to see us through past Betis. Hopefully and we have shown we can manage without him for the FA quarter final. Then Everton, Brentford, Newcastle
**** football. **** English referees. How it the ***** **** is that a red card?
hold up who said you could come in here and start talking sense you do know this is the internet right lolSorry mate for the delay. Been away and on-line was the furthest thing I wanted to interrupt that
But having just seen this .....
I mean just HOW much more blatant a red do you want that? Two footed. Out of control. Even the absolute divvies slowing it right down to say he glances the top the ball make the point as the still has him completely reckless and out of control. We may not like the rules or think it's a soft game now but that is as blatant a straight red as it gets.
And then I 'spose it makes up for the multitude of red cards you could well have received 7 days before in a shockingly officiated game at r's by Tierney so even themselves out and all that.
I'm reading a lot of Liverpool fans online commenting that they would be happy to not win a trophy this season because beating Manchester United 7 nil is better than any trophy
If it makes you happier to beat a team in another city than it does to win a trophy? You are not a fan of your club, you are just a person with a childish, irrational grudge against a load of strangers![]()

Yeah, you're probably right.
You know we’re getting Roma or Juventus just for storyline sakeNot envious at all of Utd being in Friday's draw BTW.
No Sir. Honest.
Nope. Pretty decent performance overall. We rested Varane as well so that’s a plus. Bruno also got subbed off in the 2nd half (he needed it)Missed the match today.
Was off down in another county on business.
Any injuries or setbacks?
