The Manchester United Thread

One thing I did find hilarious was Ten Hag using Maguire as a center forward. Shades of Klopp sticking Matip up front in his early Liverpool days

The on-loan Stephen Caulker I think you’re recalling. Down to a horrific injury list that first year with every forward out.

Vaguely recal it being against Arsenal late in the game and him being involved in a winner/ equaliser? Defo not Matip who he signed the second season.

Virgil van Dijk: “People talking about Lisandro Martínez and his height, are talking absolute rubbish. Obviously, it can help as a centre-back if you're a bit taller, but what he's done since coming to the Premier League, has been really really good.”

Well yeah. Christmas time. Big Virg is just making sure one of Santa’s elfs takes care of hm.

Manchester United have started the process of recruiting data scientists, machine learning scientists, analysts and engineers as they look to become “dominant” in data science. @ground_guru #MUFC ✅

It’s no coincidence that as soon as Ronaldo was reintroduced to the starting XI, we’ve played like dross ever since.
