Please no. I don’t rate Simon at all. He’s like a poor man’s Ederson. His on the ball ability, which he’s heralded for, is mediocre at best. He’s a poor shot stopper and looks rather “small” in goal every time I watch him.


I’d love Diogo Costa tho. He’s got that long passing ability of Ederson plus a very good shot stopper to boot. I also do question how likely DDG is to accept lower wages and a reduced role as well.
