Lots of talk about losing lots of leadership.
Most reports that are claiming that Rio is going to leave also state that he's more than likely going to stay on in a coaching capacity, as is Giggs.
This is where the middle players in the squad need to step up and become the leaders of the dressing room. Evans, Fletcher, Rooney, RVP, Jones, Rafael, Carrick all been at the club more than long enough to step up and be a leader at the club.
Hope Evans gets the captaincy. Academy lad, leader on the pitch and learnt from the best in Vidic and Rio. Can't see him upping sticks and leaving in the near future so would love him to be captain but it seems obvious it'll be Rooney.

I think it was last season or before that where some 4 to 5 times he charged from behind and won the header and in the process just battered attacker infront of him..
My personal tribute to Vidic. When you lose the title of the 'best Nemanja in the EPL' and when you start getting red cards to escape Torres, you know your time is up. All da best Vida .. I will miss trolling you with Torres
