Can't wait for de bruyne to haunt chelsea

Unless he turns out to be better than Hazard, he won't. There's only room for 1 luxury player in Mourinho's formation and we already have it. I'm not saying that's a good thing (I've been ******** about Jose's relative inflexibility in this matter for over a year now) but it's just the reality of the situation. The damage is pretty much already done; not having Mata or KdB to pick the lock against smaller teams ****** us at the end of last season anyway.

Will Keane hopes Owls move kick-starts Man Utd career

Will Keane hopes his impressive form for Sheffield Wednesday will help him realise his dream of becoming a first-team regular for Manchester United.

The England-U21s international has struck three goals for the Owls since joining the Championship side on loan from United in January, and he wants to use his time at Hillsborough to help kick-start his career at Old Trafford.

"I've enjoyed it very much so far," the striker told SWFC.co.uk. "It's been good experience for me as, up to now, I've been playing in every game which has been pleasing. It's the reason I came here – to get games under my belt.

"I think maybe this is a bit more like reality [here] because you get caught in a little bubble at United.

"Only a certain number of clubs have those facilities and you can take it for granted a bit at times. It's a different experience and something I've taken to. I've got to enjoy the challenge.”

Keane came through the ranks at United alongside his twin brother Michael, who has since moved to Burnley.

Will has already made his senior debut for the Red Devils against Blackburn Rovers back in 2011, his only solitary appearance thus far, but he hopes his goalscoring exploits for Wednesday will lead to him adding to that tally next season.

"My aim is to hopefully come back to United and be involved in the set-up there. That's what I set out to do. At the moment, I'm here until the end of the season and want to give everything here. Hopefully, I can keep playing well and scoring goals and then reassess the situation at the end of the season.”

Keane added: "My aim is to get in the Premier League, hopefully with United, and I'll have to see how the squad is at the end of the season, speak to the manager and take it from there.

"By playing well here [for Sheffield Wednesday], it will help me get recognised. I keep in touch and speak to Warren Joyce [Academy manager at United] quite regularly.

"He's very keen to keep an eye on the games, which is good, and I speak to him after them. He gives me tips on what I can do better and these general chats help me. It's good to know they are watching."

Manchester United make contact with Ricardo Rodriguez over potential transfer, claims Wolfsburg star's agent

Manchester United are considering a summer move for Wolfsburg defender Ricardo Rodriguez, claims the player's agent.

Rodriguez has been one of Wolfsburg's key players during an impressive campaign for the German club and has pitched in with six goals so far, including a stunning free-kick against Everton last September.

The Swiss star's agent Gianluca di Domenico has now revealed that Wolfsburg will attempt to keep hold of their man despite rumoured interest from Louis van Gaal's side.

He told Gazzetta dello Sport: 'I can say that United have called for information, but that Wolfsburg do not want to give in. With Real there was nothing official.'

The 22-year-old had been linked with United last summer before the Old Trafford side swooped for former Southampton youngster Luke Shaw.

Shaw has made a steady start to his Red Devils career, but will no doubt be looking to nail down a first team place ahead of the 2015-16 Premier League season. The signing of Rodriguez could make life more complicated for the English left-back.

I assume that's an "if we make top 4" signing, right? That Wolfsburg team is looking very good and is a player or two away from being a serious contender to make the Ro16/Ro8 in the CL. Not sure why he would want to leave that, especially when his place is completely secure.

Nope reports he would be interested top 4 or not. Players wont not sign if we don't make top 4 will just cost more. Which we pay over the odds for players anyway.
