The Manchester United Thread

Just a matter of time. As soon as seasons over he will be gone, and news of Mou will be out.

Btw someone from Sky tweeted Manutd are the only club from England to have contacted Ibra. Maybe true as he hate Pep, Wenger can't handle his ego or want to pay his insane wages. That leaves only Chelsea and ManUtd. Chelsea can if they sell Costa which would be a stupid decision to do.

Not sure how true the stories are with respect to our transfers but they are posted by reputed journalists like Di Marzio. Manolas, Ibra looks like Jose signing, or journalists are making up stories thinking Jose will be the next manager.

Anyways Ibra in PL would be awesome. Doesn't matter if it's at ManUtd or any other club.

Buying some big personalities in the summer is a must, because Spurs is not the first time when this squad just zoned out of the game. There's nobody holding things together if things go badly. The tactical plan was sound, Poch's pressing machine was completely shut down for 70 minutes, and then woosh.
That's why I think we should keep Rooney for another year or 2. Might play **** but gives his all and gives the players some when there slacking off. We need experience also because we have a lot of youth that need someone to look up to.

2 big characters there in Ibra and Manolas. Di Marzio has been good with Utd news last few seasons. Right more often than not.

Exactly. I don't look at the performance this weekend as horrible. We matched spurs in defence and midfield for 70 minutes. The way it went, I thought it would end in a 0-0 draw. All that good work just went out the window.

I'll tell you honestly, I'd love it if United got Ibra. Love it.

Yeah, would love to see him at ManUtd. If not ManUtd then at least in PL. Hopefully he shows his class against City, was very average against them in the first leg.

Expectations at all time low thanks to Van Gaal. It's not like we matched Bayern/Barca for 70 mins.

Anyways that's the reality now, with Van Gaal in charge we should be happy even if we match Sunderland for 70 mins. Van Gaal did a great job in brining expectations to as low as possible that even poor performance looks not so poor.

Nicky **** is tipping Matt Oslounde to be a future star at Utd, and really excited to see him develop next season. Anyone know much about him? I know he's a new signing we had trouble in completing for some reason. And that he's American CB who can play at RB and is a beast physically for his age. Apparently we beat a lot of top clubs to his signature. Any Americans on he have any info or seen him play?

Haven't seen him play at all, saw Nicky ****'s interview. He bigged him up a lot. Deal was done in Jan but was completed last month because of International clearance or something.

For RB we have Tyler Reid who is a monster physically. Hard to judge talents in Under age groups as few players are physically very strong so they just run through the kids and don't learn how to use skills or how to read the game.

I can see Valencia getting a goal unless Utd buck their ideas up

Rashford created excellent chance. Started very well, should make this count.

One of those games from Herrera where he almost always gets into excellent positions, just makes the wrong decision when has ball into his feet. Shame.
