Reports saying pogba could be ban extended for clapping walking of the pitch. If they can prove he was sarcastically clapping at the ref. Surely can’t prove that!

Cant prove it but will still give it if they want to. Although he could argue its aimed at Koscielney for his reaction, as Jose pointed out.

I've watched that Pogba foul dozens of times and I honestly think it's a harsh red card. By the lawbook maybe but still harsh.

At the pace he is travelling and the ball slightly deflects off Bellerin at the last moment, Pogba is only following through and there is not much he could of done at that speed, he was fully comitted.

By the lawbook yes, but in my view he was playing the ball and it's harsh. 3 match ban should be the absolute maximum, would be an absolute joke if gets more. Shouldn't even be a ban if you ask me.

Jose refuses to say whether @ManUtd have appealed against Pogba red card. 'He is available tomorrow.'

Sergio Romero in goal for @ManUtd tomorrow

Jose says @Zlatan not available for tomorrow but should be after that

Jose says @carras16 won't play but "I could surprise" like Wenger and Lacazette

Jose: "Zlatan is not injured. He needs to work very hard on the muscular area that supports the knee that had the problem. When that hard work comes, so does fatigue." #MUFC

Jose Mourinho tells #MUTV Nemanja Matic is unavailable for #MUFC v CSKA Moscow but @PaulPogba will play.

How easy to focus on CSKA with derby around the corner? "Easy, easy. We are used to it. It's just the next match, we don't think about the next, next. Its just about tomorrow." #mufc

Jose Mourinho on Lindelof: 'He's like the team... When the team plays well, he plays well' #MUFC

Jose, on Luke Shaw: He's working to have an opportunity and sooner or later, the opportunity will arrive. He's selected for tomorrow, yes, for sure. To start or to be on the bench, I cannot answer." #MUFC

Any changes to the starting line-up, Jose?

"I'd have to think. I'm going to make a few but not too many. We haven't qualified yet, so I need to keep a certain balance in the team." #MUFC

City taking strong squad to Ukraine. Only Silva and De Bruyne (suspended) missing. @PhilFoden travels

.@VLindelof: "I'm always happy to help the team in any way I can. I'm very pleased to be able to help on the pitch and to get some good results." #MUFC

Victor Lindelof on *that* tackle vs
Brighton being a turning point: "I don't know I felt good during the game, just a tackle. Like I said good tackle." #mufc

Victor Lindelof: "@ManUtd is one of biggest clubs in the world. More eyes watching you."

"The whole team tries to help each other. Everyone's been really good since I arrived and they've helped me in a lot of ways," says Victor. #MUFC

Lindelof says Utd not spoken about team selection @ManCity yet

Lindelof on being left out of team: "Always when you come to a new club, you have to learn. I learn every day. The manager has been very good for me."

'DE GEA IS THIRD BEST!'
Asked if he had ever worked with a better goalkeeper than David De Gea, the boss mischievously replied: "Yes, Romero. Because he plays tomorrow and my goalkeeper is always the best goalkeeper in the world. So now David is the third best. Romero is number one and Joel [Pereira] number two, and David is the third best."

Sensible decision from Utd to not appeal the red.

No way that would that of been overturned and the risk would have been extending it. Looked bad enough in live action. Looks worse on the slo-mo.

Not sure how anyone can try justify dangerous play like that to an opponent? Just accept it was a boneheaded move from an experienced player who should know better in a position of absolutely no danger on the pitch and move on.

Which is why you don't judge anything on slo-mo. It was a mistimed challenge that was reckless. That's it. Red card and on you go

He went for the ball, the timing and deviation the ball took off Bellerin, at that timing and speed his foot couldn’t of gone anywhere else. It was just an unfortunate incident and unlucky in Pogbas case.

Honestly ive seen it so many times and I don’t understand what they expected Pogba to do... not even go for a 50/50 ball?

Slow mo makes everything look worse and it isn’t a realistic portrayal of live real speed action. Still when I watch it on slow speed I just think the same.

They will have players sliding around on grass skis in a few years.
Raising a foot off the ground will result in an instant red card.

Looks like Rose is gonna happen. Everyone and there dig have reported as much in the last week. Be chuffed if we can get him in Jan for between 40-50m. Can see us doing a little in Jan.

Would be great business, for sure.

First Matic from Chelsea, Lukaku from Everton and now maybe Rose from Spurs. Hopefully we can get Özil from Arsenal in January/July as well. :D

Not often the top clubs exchange their best/one of their best players nowadays, but we're arguably in pole position to sign 4 this season (all listed above)

Contrary to rumour, why would Tottenham weaken themselves further and strengthen a rival for the top 4 slots January with no replacement? Aside from them having European Cup football in the spring.

Same Arsenal with the German having lost Chamberlain already the last window?

Don't get me wrong. I personally hope Arsenal deal with Utd January. (Less so 'Spurs.). Just can't see it with both's seasons still very much alive.

Arsenal haven't done a deal with Ozil because they felt they could do a deal with him. Looks increasingly unlikely. So not it's down to some money in Jan vs no money in summer.

Rose however is a bigger surprise. I'm genuinely curious as to why Spurs might do that business, unless they already have other targets lined to up to spend the money on

I get that as regards Ozil but then taking it to this stage of his contract you'd think having him the remainder of this year to help secure the CL outweighs any transfer fee.

If Spurs get Shaw in return, then there's an incentive. At the min he doesn't want to be there and feels he should be earning 4x his wages. Poch the type of man to not keep anyone that isn't 100% comitted to what he's doing

Tottenham wanting Shaw seems more hope and people putting 2 and 2 together and making 5 by most London reports for what that's worth.

Yeah don’t think Spurs are keen on Shaw tbh from what I’ve read. Think it’s clear Rose wants to leave. Bigger money bigger club and wants to move from London. We will get a good player, they will get a good fee. Win win! If that’s in Jan or the Summer who knows. Looking like Jan atm.
