It was an even game, but they're opening us at ease now. Don't understand taking Pogba off at all whatsoever. Strange, strange subs from Mourinho.

Take Herrera on for Lingard/Martial, allow Pogba to play as the 3rd CM. Instead, he's went arseways about it.

Pogba kinda deserved it just for how little impact he has had on this game.

It's all been **** though, next to no desire this second half.
 
The players and Mou have had a mare tonight simple! Don’t think Fellaini was yanked he was limping about 2:15 seconds before he came off.
 
Herrera has been next level awful since coming on.

I'll erase this from my memory, it's too much effort to complain about everything bad about this performance.
 
Lol I tried tuning in for couple of minutes, and I'm not even sure what was it that I was watching. How do you spend 50 trillion on transfer, sign Sanchez on 20 gazillion wages and still struggle to even have possession vs. Spurs.

Can't get over how bad we are since Jose's subs. At least we were half threatening before.
 
**** 8 offsides... 9 if counting one that wasn't called as Spurs got the ball.

I didn't see first half but 2nd was some of the most limpdick big game performances I have seen in my entire life. 0-2 down and your guys are just walking like they don't give a ****. And the highlight of it all was Sanchez and Martial constantly invading each other's space on the left. Hey Jose, this isn't football manager, you need to actually give these people some instructions instead of buying whoever is the most expensive, giving them the ball and telling to do their best.
 
Now I understand Arsenal's frustrations with Sanchez not defending. Tripper had a free run all game. And going forward it was like having Rooney back. Always ******* about near the half way line or hanging around outside the box.

Don't think fellaini was hooked. With his temperament I'd expect him to kick off. Didn't even throw his shirt which he's done before. Him and mouriho had a word which didn't look animated at all, even from mourinho which you would expect if he hooked him for not following orders. Fellaini went straight to the changing room. Looks like an injury to me.

Just **** poor all over today. Should have had 3 in midfield instead of martial/lingard. Plus martial has been our best player the last few games, so mourinho puts him on the opposite side of the pitch. Well done genius.

I agree tonight. Mourinho has a mare with team selection, tactics, formation, subs.

Just seen the Fellaini incident. Defo injured. Jumped up and when landed his knee gave way. Looks like he will be out a good while! Sanchez looks way off the pace and not match fit to me. Glad we got him now. Will still be a good player, but will be fully settled for next season.
 
Mourinho just confirmed fellaini has injured his knee again.

If reports are true about varane being available for £52m then that is a priority signing in the summer. We can't let him go at that price in this market.

He's still raw in some aspects and needs rounding out. But he's young enough for anyone to mould how they wanted him.

But as a pure defender, as Uruguayans tend to specialise in, he ****** all over anything you've got not called Bailey IMHO. Your defenders look a ways better than they individually are by virtue of the WC fella' they can rest easy on behind them.
 
Fellaini wasn't hooked. He's done his ligament. That entire game came down to not having three in the middle. You do that you can control the midfield or drift one of the cms wide to pick up the full back, in this case Tripper. Leaking yourself the option on the counter.
 
Just showed on BT Mourinho lambasting Pogba on the touch line for not sitting next to Matic. I know that’s not his game and we should of played a 3. But he’s got to be more disciplined if that’s what the manager has asked him to do on the night.

Should of been a easy selection.

I know Lingard has been playing well but Mourinho should of known to sacrifice an attacking player. Especially against this Spurs side or any top side really.
