Was rooting for Blackpool but congrats to West Ham. They were in auto places for most of season so deserve to go up. Unlucky Blackpool

Good final today! From a selfish point of view its better that West Ham are out of the championship, roll on next season!

Was rooting for Blackpool cause I ******* hate West Ham. On the plus side some of that 90mil or whatever is still coming our way.

Not that I'm still bitter or anything;) XD

Really think West ham will need to strengthen if they dont want to come straight back down to the championship. Their team just isnt Premier League quality right now but I expect Big Sam will try to strenghten his side and bring in more premier league quality players.

Also I am looking forward to see how Riccy Vaz Te does in the BPL next season after having a fantastic season in the championship for both Barnsley and West Ham. I hope he does well :)

For me, on a financial point of view, we just simply had to go up. We have had all our problems off the pitch and with the money we will gain from Promotion, hopefully we can have some stability. Since Gold & Sulli took over, things have stablised and we didn't get rid of our star players apart from 1.

In the summer, theres no doubt we need to spend, not big chunks of money but spend because if we don't we will be back down again next season. Going down done us a favour because we have regrouped and bounced back up, I wouldn't want us to stay in the Championship for another season, even though I did say it would do us good, but It would have been harder next season.

Looking forward to the summer and who we will buy, looks like Greeny is staying. Tomkins, Collison & Noble we will defo keep theres no question. Rumours have linked us to Joe Cole, not sure if that will happen but you never know, I'd definately welcome him back.

BBC Wiltshire@BBCWiltshireSPORT: @BBCWiltshire can reveal that #Swindon Town will take goalkeeper Luke McCormick on trial when released from prison this summer.#stfc

Interesting. He was a great GK and a very nice man during his spell here. Obviously he made a tragic and fatal mistake but everybody deserves a 2nd chance.

BBC Sport - Bristol Rovers reject bid for Mustapha Carayol

Championship club has made a 6 figure approach for Mustapha Caryol. I'm wondering if this may be us, as we do need a fast, tricky winger. Not sure we could afford to pay 6 figures for a player though. In fact I'm not sure there are many clubs in the championship who can. Leicester, Wolves, Leeds and Ipswich maybe. But I predict it's Wednesday. They need a new winger since they lost Marshall and have money to spend.

No it's not us mate, although we are interested. It was Derby who apparently had a £150,000 bid turned down.

You don't want him. He's ******* ****! ;)

Have heard that it's Sheff Wed, Derby, Boro and Barnsley in the hunt for him. Hopefully we can keep hold of him!

Sheffield Wednesday have signed Chris Kirkland on a 2 year deal.

Will be a good signing IMO if (and it's a big if) he can stay fit.

Kirkland's great when fit. Great pro too, shame about his injuries, he could well of stayed Liverpool if he wasn't injured as much. Wish him the best

Well done to Huddersfield, but over the course of the season there's no way Sheff U deserved to stay down. They were the 2nd best team for 90% of it and would surely have seen out the last few games in 2nd if it hadn't been for the whole Evans situation.

Glad that Huddersfield went up, I wanted Grayson to do well. He should get a good reception next season

I always though Grayson was quite harshly sacked, but then I don't know the whole situation in terms of performances etc, apart from that he was fairly inconsistent and the defence was leaking goals :)

I was angry at first but then saw why he may have deserved to be sacked. We have a more proven manager in Warnock but so far the summer hasn't been great (meant to have at least 3 signings done by this week, we have 1). Hopefully activity picks up

With Warnock in charge I think Leeds are a strong bet for top 6. May just lack the quality for top 2 atm but with some good activity in the window I think it's a possibility.

BBC Sport - Cheltenham Town v Crewe Alexandra

Crewe Alexandra gain promotion to the nPower League One after a 2-0 win over promotion rivals Cheltenham Town. A cracking volley from Nick Powell and Byron Moore sealed the win with 8 minutes to go. This promotion marks the end of Steve Davis' first season at the club after replacing club legend Dario Gradi, who has gone on to take a role as director of football and academy director.

It's a shame because Cheltenham are my local club and I would have loved for them to go up. However, they did throw away a brilliant lead at the closing stages of the season (they were in 2nd, only goal difference off first, at one point)! I think next season, we will get promoted! COYR!
