Why so upset, swear Wilson did a good job with Swindon? :S

There upset because he used to play and manager Sheffield Wednesday

@scyllajoe - Le Fondre has also been in talks with us (SWFC) over a £1.2m move, can you afford that, and i think you mad a mistake letting Jones go, he is a solid defender in league 1.

oh I see. I can see why they'd be upset but he's still a good manager so shouldn't complain too much. Which good managers can they expect being a recently relegated team into league one that needs a revival, no offence to any United fans

Bristol City have made a bid and are in talks with bolaise sorry giggles. I thought he was a cracking player

Ridsdale & New Owners I'm sure could of kept Bolasie, with the money the takeover will bring, and I bet its not even 500k. Probably 200k, when Bolasie is worth 3x more than that.

I understand we are in Administration, but we have payed off the office staff, and we are coping fine without any need of this money, which will probably be wasted on getting 20 extra shirts for the shop. Every single time, we sell, sell, sell. The players who left in January, I understand but it must be so frustrating for Peter Reid. Bolasie is the only player in the team who can run with the ball, has pace and will scare defences- At this level he will be hard to replace.

All hope isn't lost though- Maybe this means we can keep Mason? Maybe he will reject Bristol? Just at least we'll be playing Torquay next season and have Peter Reid...

I hope you guys come back up and we don't go down so we play again plymouth - yeovil was one of my favorite games this season even thought they were both 0-0

We lost to you at Huish Park in February, and Bolasie got sent off. Ever since he come back from suspension, he's been immense.

Also in todays Herald, Ridsdale's lined up a new kit supplier [Hopefully not anything too cheap or downgrading], and has 2 potential sponsors [Once again, hopefully nothing too embarrasing]. Nice to see he's doing something of value at Home Park :)

EDIT- Also Gates, what do you expect from Yeovil next season? Mid-Table, Playoff-Push? Do you rate Skiverton and who do you want him to sign... I assume you will be linked with players like Rory Fallon, but I wouldn't mind taking Wotton off you!

Oh balls thats embarrassing i should know that. and well it all depends on who we re-sign and sign if we can get the 7 players offered new deals and henderson and ehmer on loan again which there have been rumblings about plus a couple of others like tutte in permenantly then hopefully we can get up to about top half but not playoffs i don't think quite. i have to rate terry skiverton what he has done since january no one can tell him he is a bad manager i was ready for him to be sacked but i am so glad he wasn't if we can pass over momentum to next season then that would be great. I am not a fan of fallon coming back tbh he would want big wages and his strike rate is not great, wotton has been a great signing he will be key to next season! i assume you hope for promotion?

Hmm, high hopes, but with the right signings they are achievable- Look at Leyton Orient and Exeter. Skiverton is a young and upcoming manager, with lots of potential. Up there with Buckle and Tidsdale imo. As for Fallon, he doesn't have the best strike-rate, but on his day, when he plays in others and gives defenders a handful. Just, the referee's are so harsh against him, and he concedes alot of free-kicks.

My aim for next season is to have a club. Thats all I want. I don't think we will have a Promotion Pushing Team, by the time the new owners come in, it will difficult. Unless we can get some pre-contract agreements, we might have another season at the bottom. But, Reid is a fantastic manager, and we have to build a team around Carl Fletcher and Zubar. Lets see on August 7th our squad, and I'll make my predictions then.

i guess your right but you've had bids and all that i think you'll be fine. i hope our board loosens the purse strings and gets agressive in the market

We've had bids, but the administrator has picked one bid, from an Irish Group only interested in stadium development. They will give Ridsdale x amount of money, and we will then only get cash from match-day incomes and whatever we sell in the shop. Its risky, because if the Council don't let the Irish Group build whatever they want [A Rollercoast would be suitable for our last 10 years] we will be screwed.

You've got a good manager there, someone I wanted at Argyle last season- Can't help but feel Torquay will be going down the gutter now, unless they get a decent replacement.

He was our first choice in January, but his chairman wouldn't let him go. Then we got Penney instead......

Ooh big game today. Jonesy's away to Wembley!
Dunno who will win tbh, hoping for a high scoring draw with some quality goals :)

Alright, I can imagine Torquay have had the worst few days in their history.

Probably- They've been overachieving, like Exeter, for the past few seasons. They only took 6k to Old Trafford in their biggest match in a long long time. They do have a decent squad, but players like Zebroski will probably be heading to Bristol Rovers. Torquay & Exeter have been held together from their manager and a few decent players, they harp on about how they are bigger than us now, but I expect to see Torquay well near the bottom next season.
