I wonder if Grealish is wondering if he choose the right club, Two games played two games lost...

Arsenal....

I rate him. Don’t see him doing great there though.
Think he will suprise you. He already showed more than decent game against Spurs. Need some time to get into Pep tactics and shake of the stress/pressure of the price tag.
City is so missing a striker it is devastating for them soon. Dont understand why it was not looked into years ago with some youngster. Been saying for years that Jesus will never be leading striker.

Thought he was bang average against Spurs and spent more time on the floor and arguing with the ref and Spurs players than anything else.

EXCL: More good news for Leicester with Harvey Barnes on verge of signing vastly improved long-term contract. New 4yr deal agreed & #LCFC finalising details before announcing. Liverpool among 23yo winger’s admirers but no formal bids @TheAthleticUK #LFC

He was pretty anonymous for most of the match.

Only suprising thing is who are those 3.1% people who like Ashley....

My general opinion, as a fan of City’s main opponents for the title, is Grealish there doesn’t worry/scare me in any way, shape or form. He doesn’t improve them to any significant degree IMHO. (I’d personally take Silva over him in the role they want him to play. I think he’s a far better player personally.). And he certainly doesn’t improve them to the obscene tune of £100 million and 400 grand a week or whatever it is. But they seem to want an English identity to grow the brand or whatever the reason is so the money is what it is.

If they got Kane, as much as I’ve never seen that happening, I’d sit up and take notice as he’s exactly what they need. Grealish ….. not so much.

I get Nigel Clough type vibes here. Brilliant as the big fish in the small pond with the team built around him. (Which is why I never thought he’d leave Villa.). But not so much as the small fish in the very big pond hes now swimming in.

Another disappointing day. We needed 3 points but got only 1. I liked what I saw today a lot more than in the first week. Despite the score it was a well fought battle. We still can't play out of the back and beat the press so I think we should of transtioned into this style of play a bit slower. Zaha seemed to have lost the quality and just gone to remonstrating. Gallagher looks quality if surrounded by somewhat good players. He should be considered for Chelsea first team next season if he keeps this up.

Sorry getting use to not including Arsenal and Tottenham as relevant clubs. But at Leicester or Liverpool would shine.
