The Premier League Thread

Yes. Yes I do. And if you can fix it that they never return, that would be cool too. šŸ˜Ž
So you don't want the guarantee of 6 points every season without breaking a sweat, the entertainment of watching their fans squirm when they get wooped and the **** taking you can make when a championship (or lower) team beat them in the cups.

Nah. Taking away the only 2 games they live for, as they disappear into lower league obscurity, would be even crueller and more delicious. šŸ˜ˆ

If they drop they're going into administration with that wage structure.

Ehh, sell few lads like Richarlison and Mina. PL pays huge parachute payments and they can survive. If they found PL hard, Championship will give them ****.

Looks like an arl Champ Manager game back in the day.

Congrats Senegal but your fans and the officials that enabled them are an absolute disgrace.

I'd have walked Egypt off the pitch during the game the way they were lit up like Chrimbo trees by laser pens. But the penalty shoot-out was an absolute farcical disgrace.

Mo's lit up like F Shrek with a mad rave on his face there! Which was every Egypt player taking/ the Egypt goalie facing.

It wasn't just the lasers either at the end of the match some 'Senegal Fans' invaded the pitch trying to get to Salah either to taunt him or to do something more violent luckily some hefty bodyguards were on hand to escort him off the pitch. FIFA may have to look into this match in more detail which may not bode well for Senegal let alone their fans.

It wasnā€™t just that disgrace. (Which was even madder after Senegal had won.).I put it on after a mate text to get on the mad lasers, and there was at least 2 incidents that the Egyptian goalie was lashed with bottles (and bags full of, bizarrely), water.

Really was a disgrace all game.

African fans seem to be infected with the same mentality as the hooligans of Europe, at the other game between Nigeria and Ghana a CAF official has died when the Nigerian 'fans' went on a rampage when their team didn't qualify.

When the new CL format, along with the equally bollocks summer CWC, comes in theyā€™ll need 60 man squads. Never mind 5 subs!
(And 5 F jobs to be able to watch it!).

Relish your clubs and what we have right now as 'normal' football is fast coming to the end.

The 5 pictures on that Instagram man .....

ā€œThe Egyptian team was subjected to racism after the appearance of offensive banners in the stands aimed at the players, specifically Mohamed Salah,ā€ the statement said.

ā€œMoreover the Senegalese fans terrorised the Egyptian players by throwing bottles and stones at them during the warm-up, as well as attacking the Egyptian team bus, which caused glass shattering and some injuries, which was documented with pictures and videos attached to the complaint.ā€
