The San Marino Revolution - A BaP Story

I have no idea about Gotts, his career looks pretty diar, to be honest.
How can he do well for the national team but barely get played start any games for any other clubs.
Are there interest from any clubs, also can I see Gotts' history and player profile?

Is Ferrari listed for loan or is he wanted? Not a single game for Benfica makes me think he's just made a bad career choice.

I'm past the summer transfer window now and he's still at Benfica, loan listed. There was interest Nacional de Madeira over the summer but it didn't lead anywhere.

I suspect his Injury Proneness is 15+. But really though he played a fair amount of games IMO. And to even maintain his decent enough attributes after being struck by such a long list of injuries I'd say the effect of his level of Natural Fitness is very visible.

2 red cards? Was I the dirtiest of the San Marinese players this season?

Oh, and an 8.2 in the FA Cup final? Nice

Next up will be the 2021 review for the national side, including a World Cup qualifying campaign. I'm going to make these player updates bi-yearly now in order to allow quicker progress and since the players won't develop too much from this point.

Manchester United better be prepared for relegation battle since Hawkwind the Jinx is in their squad now :D

How's the competition for the first team striker in his new team though?

At the end we may have to be a little disappointed with our World Cup qualifying campaign, as we had given ourselves a real chance of qualifying after goals from Hawkins and Weight had given us a 2-1 win at home to Holland. However, we then proceeded to lose away to Bosnia and Holland along with a draw at home to Northern Ireland, ultimately missing out on the World Cup by 3 points...

World Ranking:

A disappointing year overall sees us drop from 32nd to 43rd in the World Rankings.

Best 11:

Race to 100 Caps:

1) Daniele Del Conte (60 caps)
2) Matthew Hawkins (56 caps)
3) Stephen Hawkwind (52 caps)

Next update will be the mid-season review...

Transfers:

Reuben Gotts - Dijon to Leicester (£2,900,000)

Player Stats:

It's been a bit of a breakout season so far for Mylo Xyloto, scoring more that 10 goals in a season for the first time in his career and it's only February. Charley Mason is also having a very solid season for Fiorentina, whilst Hawkwind is hitting a few goals for his new club Manchester United.

League Tables:

Hawkwind has swapped relegations with Newcastle and Blackburn for a title challenge with Manchester United. Francesco Selva's Pescara side looked nailed on for promotion from the third tier of Italian football, whilst the majority of the rest of our players are stuck either in midtable or a battle for European places...

Next update will be the end of season review...

Man City better start winning some games instead of struggling for 4th :@

I don't see how Hawkins is worth so much if his team don't win anything

Another great update mate! Keep up the good work!

Just about to write the end of season update, don't think you're going to like it too much XD

Xyloto, Mason and Hawkwind all scored themselves plenty of goals this season, all of whom were playing mainly as strikers. Matthew Harrison had possibly the best year of his career so far, playing regular first team football for Monaco in the French top flight. Del Conte and Hawkins both had decent seasons playing for top clubs in the Premier League, however I'm still waiting for one of these two to have a top season where they average above a 7.5 rating.

It was a very good season for a few players this year, such as Selva winning promotion from the 3rd tier of Italian football with Pescara, Roberts and Shaw winning a league and cup double in France with PSG, Ferrari getting himself another Portuguese league as well as a Portuguese cup with Benifca and Mason leading Fiorentina to an unexpected 2nd place finish in Serie A. It was not such a good season for Burinni's AC Milan side as their title defence ended in a poor 7th place finish, meaning they won't be playing in Europe at all next year!

Other News:

1)
In a replay of last year's FA Cup final, Juggernaut and Hawkins' Manchester City faced off against Daniele Del Conte's Chelsea side. However, this year it would be Chelsea who came out as winners and surprise, Del Conte got a yellow card in the final!

View attachment 257282

2)
Man City were also on the losing side of an all English Europa League final, losing 2-1 to Arsenal thanks to 2 goals in 3 minutes from Hervin Ongenda. Hawkins started and played well in the final, whilst Juggernaut also appeared off the bench.

View attachment 257281

3)
In the Champions League final, Daniele Del Conte became the first Samminerese player to obtain a Champions League winners medal as his Chelsea side beat Barcelona 4-2 in France. Well done skipper!

Next update will likely just be a quick summer update just detailing any transfers which take place...
