5 wins from 6 in the new European Nations League, with only a disappointing home defeat to Azerbaijan ruining a successful campaign. Would that be enough to secure promotion though?

It was quite comfortable in the end as Azerbaijan twice dropped points against Liechtenstein. Hopefully this gives us good momentum going into what is a very hard Euro's qualifying group...

Only a small rise despite a lot of wins, probably due to the quality of opponents. We did however rise 12 places to 112th, and hopefully a strong performance next year will see us break into the top 100!

The big news here is that goalkeeper Pedersen finally made his first appearances for the national side this year, so we have all now played for San Marino! Del Conte also broke the national record for all time top goalscorer this year with his 9th SM goal.

Looks like our national team likes playing down the right! Ratings down the left wing are pretty poor

First time Hawkins has broken into the top three in the race for 100 caps! 28 caps at 20 is nice, hope he'll get a few more though

I don't really trust the best 11's to be honest. It has Ferrari LM, D'Aniello CM and Zonta ST when D'Anielle is a ST, Ferrari is a CM and Zonta is a LM.

¡Puxa Sporting! (Another team with an excellent youth academy, so it's a nice team for a youngster to be on loan)
Zonta is becoming a regular in top flight football at last ^^

It looks that everyone (or almost everyone) is starting to get first team football on top flight teams on a regular basis, some are starting to become beasts (heck even Zonta's stats are starting to look great despite that long term injury suffered).

.P.S.: Nice curbstomping on the UEFA Euro Nations League by the way <3 (despite the loss against Azerbaijan)

It probably just made the assumption based off of his disciplinary record XD

You'll see the exact position on the next update but I think they were around 8th.
