Well I started the game when it was still 13.1, but I think 1Combo and 3Combo are starting to work.Maybe it's because I signed some better players

Well, however I have here some really good tweaks on Combo tactic for the new patch 13.2.1 and I am about to post them right now. Like a charm for my Leeds Utd.
Don't be frustrated over this guy. He is a magician for my save. Just give him more chances and try some tweaks on him, mate!
For my save on Leeds Utd I have made a few tweaks, I will update my thread right now.

Yeah, my guidance here is that the first period during pre-season is really important. Try everything to get familiar to the tactics and get the best players you can. It works great now for my Leeds Utd.

Sorry for being absent for few days, my job did not allow me to play any games during last week. Hope that still someone out there is trying my Combos.
However I have started a new game with Leeds Utd last night, and of course, on 13.2.1. Things are not bad for a starting, as media predicted Leeds to the 6th strength force.

13.2.1 PROBLEMS: still now I see no problems on Long shot as some guys have said. I saw my boys shot the ball from Long distance, but nothing much more than usual real soccer matches
TWEAKS I MADE: This is the tweak for only 13.2.1 patch. Please see it as COMBO update 1.3 on OP (I also take note there that it is only for 13.2.1). This is my last tweaks for my tactics this year, 2012, so dear God, please make it work for my testers!!!
- change Poacher to CF for all COMBO tactics (Sanogo and McCormack scoring like charm)
- 1COMBO and 3COMBO: Winger to run from deep: rare
- 1COMBO and 3COMBO: CBs' Tight marking: Yes!
NOTES FROM ME:
- pay more attention on pre season duration guys! Do anything you can on Transfer market, as many quality players are out there with the ON SALE price. On loan players are there if you do not have much money (My Leeds start with almost empty budget). Sell all dead meat! I suggest you to look for some quality shortlists for free, cheap and Wonderkids posted by Raikan, or Johny Karp from footballmanagerstory.com/scout. Some walking around transferring threads in the forum does help me a lot.
- Make sure your strikers and central backs are good enough! (I heard that you can get Doria from Botafogo, Adam fondre and these guys are really good for low price. I myself get Sanogo on loan and Tal ben Haim for free, also Leeds' players are really good from the start- please refer to my transfer screenshots)
- Don't put in all 3 Combo tactics when you start your season. Put one there to get the maximum familiarity before the season starts, after that you can plug the other Combo tactics. Familiarity is really important!
- If you are playing a Lower league team, and your defenders are nowhere near the ones like Vidic and Rafael, so no reason you believe them to make no mistake during a match. My suggestion is to view the match in at least Comprehensive mode, make chances to your tactic right when you see some irrelevant actions from your players, that is what real managers do in real life.
- The game now is more realistic, so the lower league team you are playing, the more you need to take care of your team on management aspects. Do not rush into matches because tactics is not all about this game.
- On Leeds save games, don't know because of 13.2.1, or because this is a weak team, but I have changed the way I use Combo tactics: I always start with 1COMBO, away or home, and after scoring 1 or 2 goals, switch to 2COMBO and maybe, change strategy to Counter or Defensive. You may try this at your own risks.

I would love to have more feedback on my tweaked version of your tactic, and i believe that you can use it away against really strong teams.
I also think that this new combos could be used as underdog combos and the other ones, the originals, for big teams.

Yeah, this is what I aimed to when uploading these COMBO tactics. These tactics are quite standard. Everyone should get used to it and then, maybe, create or modify to have your own ones.
You must let me know first what team you are using, and in what year, so maybe I will recommend for you some names.
However Pjanic is always a good lad to go.
Here I will show you some pics of him in my Man Utd save. You can see that he is even good for a big team like Man utd. His strong point is Consistency which I like the players like this very much!
And pace like this, he will even does good in AML or AMR when your wingers get injured or somehow cannot play. Swapping him with one of the two wingers also make your attackers harder to mark.
So with a good asking price this lad is recommended for most teams mate!
However I must tell you that it will be slightly different from my save to your save for most players, so it will be better if you post his report in your save here, mate!

Are you using COMBO tactics?
This guy I think should be good for your squad, with a relevant price.
However QPR is not weak in AMC anyway. McArthur, Taarabt and Granero all can do it very good. Even Park Ji Sung can make a good backup. In my save QPR bought Montillo Walter, which is a smart deal I think.
I'm using the combo tactics, i find combo2 hard to win games with often draws. Sometimes lose or win with one goal.
