10 mins played so far, Man City just missed a golden chance through Dzeko when Silva squared and Cudicini made a superb save. City definitely been on top so far.

Makes sense. His confidence must be in tatters.

Not sure who to root for from an LFC standpoint; if City win there goes our remote chance of CL football next season & if the Spuds win, they're still in with a chance of getting 5th.
 
Gomes apparently injured in training, although before the game he was 5/1 at some Bookies to be dropped.

What a chance missed by Luka Modric!

I hope it's a draw for Arsenal's 3rd place stake (ugh sounds so bad now, 3rd place).
 
Last season in this fixture Crouch scored to make it 1-0 to spurs which sent them to the champions league. Now this season he has scored an own goal to put City 1-0 up which could send them to the champions league.

City all over Spurs now. Can only see this going one way now after that. First goal was so crucial.

Personally im hoping for a 1-1 draw or a city win. Even though its possible to get 4th i see them picking a at least 1 win up against Stoke or Bolton which gets rid of our chances. Id rather see us stay ahead of spurs and guarantee 5th this weekend.

Rose must have put in at least 10-15 crosses this game. Beast.

Man City are just a joke tbh, shown no attacking intent and just let us walk all over them
 
Spurs have battered City this entire half, and City have just brought Patrick Vieira on for Adam Johnson..

does anyone including City fans actually know what that "turn your back" celebration means?

Tottenham have been by far the better side this game, City just sitting back and soaking up the pressure. Tottenham will pinch a goal before the end though if it continues like this.
 
Gallas clears off the line then goes down injured. He's off and Kaboul is on..

3 mins left plus added time. Can't see a Spurs goal anywhere. Tevez is on for Silva too btw
