Answer to the second question though: Argentine Open Championship, and Hurlingham Cup, both unrestricted, but teams entry is limited. Actually the only restriction is the Minimum Handicap, which was set at 28.

i was just going on what sports are covered in England - Darts gets decent coverage on the BBC and SKY these days
