Defence is closing down more, one CB on stopper duty, the other on cover. The cover duty on no longer go up for attacking corners. If you want him to go up just set him attack far post..

Yes, individual training for everyone. The RP training adds accel/pace. All training in the OP should include some speed training. I would reccomend v2 yes. But original is also very very good.

Look what year he is in 2030
It's not the version he is playing that is getting him those results, it is the year he is playing in (2030). Still impressive nonetheless, and you needs a solid tactic to do that, but being the deeper you go into FM the easier the game becomes. AI has zero squad building ability.

Being in year 2030 does matter a lot. And you hit the nail on the head: Super team. Ever human controlled team will be a super team at that point in the FM. The AI cannot compete with that. The AI does not have the ability to build teams properly. So in the year 2030, human clubs are going to be stacked with great players, while non human teams, even the top flight ones, will still have holes in their lineup that the AI just doesn't think about patching.
But besides all that, I am not giving ZERO credit to the tactic in year 2030. It still is a very impressive tactic, and needs to be in order to get those results, even in year 2030. But if you used those same exact players in year 2014 or 2015, you wouldn't get those results.

The fact that i got those results in 2030 doesnt change much the point. Yes i have a top team but the same strenght i had in the previous years (2029, 28, 27, 26 etc) were i tried different tactics (i tend to switch once per season and i like to see the one which suites me best) so as of the ones i tried this is the one which gave me the best results.
