Only tested your v2, 433 and 451 so far... amazing 
won my test match with 0-3 (v2) with 33 vs 8 shots and 0-2 (451) with 22 vs 6 shots.. omg
where other tactics have a hard time winning or even drawing..
I think this might finally be the best tactic on this patch everybody is looking for

hey i really like the 451 v good defensively and scores decent amount f goals. But I saw that throw in instructions arent the same as leomessi tweaks? coz at mixd they arent gettng that many chances as they get n short settng.
So I changed sm settings to shrt thrw and they score a lot again frm thrw ins

I did a 15 match test with the original settings vs LeoMessi settings and there were no difference. But in my test i have Azpilicueta taking all throw ins tho...

I use Carvahal with flat thrw trained. he has 16 attribute in LT.
k I first tried without any changes. but only 2 throws f his produced ccc. Altough I was already up by 2-0 due corners
then I just altered throw in instructions (kept evrythng else unchanged) and then scored 6 frm throwins with ML and MC being goal scorers. lol
I have kroos in MC and depay as ML

Also once or twice he gave to depay standing sm distance away frm near post. and depay turns and with his strong ryt foot places the ball in the net too
and one time opposition marked kroos and closed him down v early. so kroos then passed to vanyama lurking outside area (vanyama too has good long shots and shoot frm distance ppm). he also scored once

Great if it works for you! But i really dont see it, for as long as your player have the PPM long flat throw a throw in is treated as a corner and not a throw in. Meaning they will not come short and instead use the setup from corner settings..
oh. but perfrmnce changes when I set like this whatever may be the reason

so MC, DM or ML, MR one the 4 mostly score. Striker doesnt seem to score directly but may get a chance f rebound but only once in 5 games till nw. MC has the maximum chance to score

Yes, this is the same corner setup i use in the my 433, except the side strikers are here M L/R positions
