i didnt understand exatly what u mean can explain? :p
Basically BWM doing a lot more work in the midfield, CBs are no longer caught out of position because they are not in front during corners and the high line is no longer as punishing as it was in the first version of the tactic. As a result less shots on goal is being conceded, which lowers the amount of goals conceded.

I think I am correct in saying they have the original Volliz set pieces which work really good, some people even say better than the Leo ones. According to this test: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/atta...t-out-tactic-testing-league_-stats-team-2.png (by Will)

The Volliz set pieces seem to work fine

You're spot on, besides. MessiLeo's set pieces have nothing to do with attacking corners. That was an adjustment to defending corners and throw ins. But as you might know, throw ins does not matter as long as your throw in taker has the PPM long flat throw. Throw ins will then be set up using the attacking corner setup.

It is btw too bad that your 4-5-1 is so good :P because.. I always find it hard to play with only one striker.. striker is the most fun position in the game, haha luckily your 4-3-3 v2 is also amazing and your v1 was already good

1 striker is like.. drinking coca cola.. that is not ice cold :P its still good.. but not ahh good haha

not sure why I am posting this but ok

HAHAHA, coulden't agree more :P

The wingers in the 451 is very very attacking tho. Im using Cuadrado/Willian/Hazard/Remy/Depay as wingers in my Chelsea game and they score and assist plenty :P You can easily get away with strikers in the winger positions here

Insanely crazy though ;o Did you do anything special? I mean I know v1 is good (I actually thought v2 was better) :P But I was not sure it is THAT good haha

Changed the mentality to standard and the BWM to defend. Apart from making a few key signings not a lot else. Got the right coaches in and a good assistant manager.

Feel I'm conceding too much though so will try V2 with the 4-5-1 for the tough games.

Just got 30 million for Zaha so should be able to strengthen the squad.

Iv'e tested this myself now and its actually quite brilliant! Works also wonders with the 451 variation :D Ill add it as a tip to the OP

Cool. Maybe add that unless you have someone with "bullet throw" (or someone able to learn it), Jonas Knudsen is an amazing cheap alternative. See more and more people using him now. He's turning into Orri Freyr Oskarsson, if anyone remember him ^^), in that he's someone you almost always get.

Think I'm about to start a CPFC save of my own :p

It was a first for me. Finding myself doing more of these type of saves this year rather than the usual big clubs. Still haven't managed to get by 4 seasons in any one save though :P

#1188

although i have a doubt maybe my first post should have been in the other thread, i was confused a bit by the splitting of the thread in two parts :)

Did you change something in defense? the defense leaves much room to the back

Who do you recommend as the main striker? I tried Icardi this season but he is absolute wank, terrible terrible player that only scores in spurts and spends most of his time being offside than doing anything useful.
