I hate the sound of these things but I'm lucky in Dublin because I can watch it on BBC1, ITV or RTE2.
The Irish station RTE has brought the 446hertz frequency down a few notches on the incoming broadcast which makes the vuves bareable.

There is only one thing more annoying than the vuvuzela sound and that is the sound of people constanly moaning about them.
