What do you want to see in FM 2015

I'd like to have more indepth shouts and opponent instructions. For example that you can say hey #9 only press their #3 and push them to the right. Like individual opponent instructions but from your own squad's perspective.
Also I'd like that you can't do major changes during a match. That you can shout play a bit more offensive or countre football is fine. But if you change out of nothing to a 4-4-2 direct play to a fluid 4-3-3 is a bit unrealistic. You should be able to do those changes during half time imo.

Better AI player development. I can train lions and monsters - they train kittens and puppy dogs.

Less bs transfers.

etc. etc.

Make shots go closer to the goal - a minor thing, but it annoys me how many shots go near to the corner flag.

Love affair.

I want to have a love affair with Alan Shearer where we just flirt in interviews but then behind close doors we have hot, passionate ***. This eventually gets found out by the press which then makes my homophobic Chairman sack me.

I'm not gay in real life.

I love you Jean-Luc, I want to have your babies.

Ok mate sounds good to me.

I've fired off trillions of my little white soldiers it's about time one of them finally takes the hill.

What I would like to see from the next fm:

- Better player development from AI.

- Better player development overall instead of every player becoming a world beater and instilling a world beater club every year. It is too easy to build a team of youth players that just destroy the opposition. Now that doesn't mean make it harder to acquire the targets this is a massive flaw. No youth player at the age of 16 would be worth 10m too much of a risk yet this is not portrayed in game. I think that players should have a lot less chance to reach their potential and thus making it hard to build a team of world beaters but also making it much more of an achievement when you do get that great player come through the ranks. Not every player can be a ronaldo or messi. Thus youth players are cheaper but frequently don't reach their potential. More risk more reward.

- Much better interaction is needed.

- Chance to manage youth teams so U19s etc. then build your way into senior management.

- Create your own managers background instead of it being dictated by the game, like teams played for, position, goals etc.

- Transfers redone in the sense that you can sell players, I mean come on at what point can you offer good players out for free and no one is interested?

- Unsettling players should be in between FM 13 and 14, 14 it is impossible because you can only declare interest but 13 you could harass them till they joined, there needs to be middle ground, perhaps talking to the agents behind clubs back seeing if they are interested in a move something along those lines. Setting up meetings with the manager of other clubs to discuss it?

- A bug free ME and playable game from the off.

- A better loan system in that you can say you would like them to be played as a poacher for example. Not just up front.

- More realistic prices for players. Teams come in and offer me nothing for my star players yet when it is their rotation players they want ridiculous amounts. May be agreements in principle like you sell me this player and next time we are selling a player we will let you know first. Many clubs have this irl.

i would love to be able to manage women's football teams even if only like for International Games for now until they can get like the WSL or UK Leagues on there. that would be cool

Loans need a revamp. Player development on loan getting playing time isn't as effective as sitting in the reserves getting tutored currently and needs to be changed. Also, I have never had a player on loan who has had a 'successful' spell with the club.

They're not just sitting in the reserves though, are they? They're getting training at better facilities by better coaches. If youngsters are really that good, use them in your own team. You only really need to loan out players who are 21+ and you want to gauge how they'll do getting first team football over a season.

So you're telling me that IRL someone like Romelu Lukaku would be better off training at Chelsea with their better coaches and facilities and never play rather than playing first team football at WBrom and Everton? Why do any real life clubs loan youngsters to smaller teams if they could just play for their reserves and use their facilities. Playing time in a competitive league is the most important factor IRL. If otherwise clubs would not loan promising youngsters...

Chelsea had Ba, Torres and Moses competing for the same spot as Lukaku and he was hardly **** at the time. West Brom and especially Everton are also good clubs with good facilities so it was a good opportunity.

Train your players at your own club, until they have at least some ability. Usually this is around 21 years of age. By that time, play him or loan him to get game time. The key is, like Chelsea have done, to loan him to a club with good facilities as well so that it's a slight step down in terms of facilities and coaches, but the game time more than makes up for it.

If you loan him out too early to weak clubs without proper facilities and coaches, he's not going to improve as much as you hoped.

Also, I have never had a player on loan who has had a 'successful' spell with the club.
Not 100% sure, but I think there's an issue with that news item. Keep an eye on or take a screenshot of the star ratings (or attributes) before the loan and after the loan. You'll know for sure if it was a good idea to loan him then.

Players to not celebrate after scoring against a club they played for previously/classified as one of their "Favoured Clubs". I think it will be cool if commentary is added to remind us that the player used to play for the club as a player etc.

Nooooooooooooooooooo, I hate players that do that!

I'd like to see the new ASEAN Super League added and also the Philippines league.
As well as this, there needs to at least be a way on editor (currently impossible) to edit the AFC Champions league so that teams from all Asian nations can qualify (I know the current system IRL is what they have on FM, but the system IRL depends on league coefficients and it doesn't matter how much they improve in game on FM, the leagues are set in stone for the qualification).

I also would like to be able to disable in-game editor whilst i'm in game as i'm far too trigger happy on it and it ends up making the game boring after using it. (People may say I should just turn it off before, but I like to be able to adjust things that are just wrong if I need to.)

To holiday and apply for a certain league or nation like if you wanted a job in England, you could choose England and you would only apply to teams from that country.
