I want a few more options in the tabs for interaction with players.
Firstly, I want to have my own favoured personal tab. If I have a son, in game, I **** well want him to be on my favoured personal tab, same with long serving players, player's I've brought through the youth team into first team regulars, ext.
Secondly, on a similar not, a disliked personal tab. If I don't know that two players really hate each other, and try to sign them both as a strike partnership or something, I don't want to be left wondering why the two don't play each other the ball very often.
Thirdly, when a player has been noted to be training very hard, I want to be able to talk to him and say that he's been doing well in training, and might therefore be getting a run in the first team or something.
Fourth, follow up conversations. If I talk to a player about his poor form, and he scores 5 goals in three games, I want to say "It's good you've done better, glad to see that our talk merited good results. Keep up the good work." or something like that. Equally, if I say "You're in good form", and they suddenly slump, I want the ability to say "What happened, you were playing so well before?"
Fifth, additional parting comments. The three available options don't always fit what I need to say. If I manage PSG, and I let a french youngster go because I have 4 world class strikers, I want to say "I feel it would be better for your career to move on somewhere where you will get regular first team football" so that he doesn't dislike me and retire from France or something.
I have more, but none that are sufficiently well thought out enough to mention on here.
