FM15 and Destiny Mostly.

Although have Dragon Age Inquisition and Dead Rising 3 to play too.

Against my better judgement I bought Civ Beyond Earth and tbh it is pretty underwhelming, one of the reasons people love paradox so much is because when they do a sequel you know for certain that whatever content was sold as a DLC in the last game it will 100 percent be in the sequel base game (excluding sprites of course) unlike most other games (looking at you sims with your million dlcs that are the same in every ******* game, well kinda you know what I mean!)

C:BE just quite simply does not have even half the content of Civ 5 I know its a different setting but it just feels bland, I also don't find myself having the just one more turn either. Civs have lost all identity and just feel generic, winning the game is just straight kill everyone. at least in civ 5 you could win a game not fight a single battle and still have a pretty fun and interwsting game. I agree with Tyton this game is just underwhelming. I dunno maybe since stopping playing Civ and playing Europa Universalis, Hearts of Iron and VIctoria I have just moved on from turn based games not sure.

I also bought C:BE and found it underwhelming, just a dlc basically. Played mostly FM15 for the last month, but I've picked up dirt 3 and lords of football on steam black Friday sale. Lof looks class so far.

Just picked up Torchlight 2 and Nexus The Jupiter Incident for a combined price of £6.50 in Steam Sale.

Thank you Gabe. Much love!

Now to see what they're like

Really cannot get into FM this year at all think its because I am working way too much, so been trawling the indie games got bit dungeon 2 very addictive and also Lisa that game is awesome love it.

Titanfall for Xbox one was 10 quid recently, may still be! (download from the dashboard)

Its the full version with all DLC and maps etc. Can't go wrong for that price.

Thinking of picking up Total War: Rome in the Steam winter sales. What do you guys reckon?

Titanfall is pretty brilliant , best fun I had in shooter in like 5 years. It does wear off after a month or two, but for 10$ prices its a no brainer to buy it.

Thats the weird thing with Titanfall. Everyone I've seen play it, myself included, has said it's wonderful for about six weeks, but then they never play it again. Strange game that one. Good mind.

I do admit, I'm intruiged by Wolf Among Us. Heard nothing but excellent things about it and it's 50% off right now.

Until now, I've done well at keeping my wallet calm.............

have to say the steam sale is looking good for torchlight2 and all the gta games

I loved it. The setting is like nothing I've ever seen. Great production values, music, voice acting etc.

Although its basically an interactive story with a bit of combat and branching choices that affect the storyline, so your mileage may vary.

I got myselft Rome 2. Looking forward to Atila as well. They will release TW: Kingdoms soon, it should be very playable multiplayer game, something all TW games are missing. And it should be free as well. It's going to be fun January/February.

I've seen people bashing game reviewers for extremely overhyping it. It always makes me laugh, because reviewers maybe had it for what, a week before they had to publish their piece?

If I had that timeframe for publication, my review would praise it as next best thing capable of wiping CoD and BF4 of the map, because thats basically what it seems at first. They had no way of knowing it will lose its appeal so quickly.

Got back to playing Civ 4 since I can't find a new sastisfying strategy anywhere.

Sigh.

you got distant worlds universe or have you tried victoria 2? been bashing on both of these as I finally get a day off and a few hours on my PC. Can defo recommend the picard era mod for distant worlds not really a trekkie as such just spent countless effing hours playing birth of the federation in my youth.

All this as for the first time ever I have been stung with a game key tried to get Making History: the great war but oh no key has already been used was so excited to play that ****** on my day off too. Still not heard out after sending them the screenshots they asked for oh well over 200 games on steam and first time ive been stung like this still annoying tho because making history looks a decent little game
