Anybody ever play the Legend of Zelda series? Although Twilight Princess has been out for almost 10 years (originally on the Gamecube) I only bought it last week for the HD remake on the Wii U. I always regard Ocarina of Time as the greatest LoZ game but Twilight Princess comes in very, very close.

I remember getting a weekend job so I could afford a Wii with Zelda on launch day. You can't be telling me that was 10 years ago, I just do not believe that.

Ocarina of time what a game still got an N64, love it! Nealry bought a WiiU recently but I will pick one up in time, got a massive PC backlog to get through and PS4 been turned off for a month so can't really justify it!

Never got in to Zelda games, even when they went 3D on the 64 I just couldn't find them interesting. Open world bit was kind of fun but the combat boring to me.

Massive series though so must just not be for me

I played it once way back then completely forgot about it. Played it again when Phantom Hourglass (one of the worst in the series) came out on the Nintendo DS which rekindled my love for the game. I can understand it won't be for everyone but the game has vastly improved, especially for the 3D and HD remakes.

As Joe said, it was released very late in 2006. Hard to imagine.

Still got Ocarina of Time on N64 myself, but also got it on the Gamecube (it came with limited edition Wind Waker + Master Quest) and the 3DS, have resisted downloading it on the Wii U.

Highly recommend it, just the Wii U in general is good fun, especially if you've got younger siblings like I do. I just can't believe it's taken me 10 years to get Twilight Princess!

the next month to 6 weeks is insane for games though

Stellaris
Overwatch
Total Warhammer (won't buy on launch **** that)
Hearts of Iron 4

goodbye May and June

I've been playing the new Hearthstone expansion literally all night (since 8 pm last night (goes live in US before EU)) and I have to say it's been an absolute riot. Absolute tonnes of fun-and some of the streams have been hilarious too. Hearthstone is finally fun again

Running this right now. Basically outgrinds all the slow decks that have popped out, stops you getting 1 shot by C'Thun and is just generally hilarious. Had 5k dust and crafted a Golden Yogg Saron. No regrets.

Any nice pulls?

Been running this this. IT just absolutely wrecked a Priests board that had lethal:

Key pulls for me were Cabalist's Tome, Xaril, Deathwing, Ragnaros, Twin Emperor and other key cards like Evolve, Eternal Sentinal, Shadow Strike and some other good cards. Was very, very happy with what I got-the RNG gods were kind. Means I can do my dragon Paladin/Warrior decks with Deathwing now, do Healadin, and some midrange Shaman decks. Mage is also now very strong. Priest I'm undecided-need to experiment as that's the class I mained.

That Rogue deck though showing potential, when you combo Xaril with Unearthed Raptor followed by (if possible) Gang Up-it's got so many combinations available to it with the right conditions. Though it is also high risk aswell. But when it works-Yogg can REALLY go to work. The pic below was after I dropped him-notice how many cards I had left AFTER I was milled-and the Priest still had 17. All **** let loose-it was glorious chaos lol

The one problem I do have with this expansion is that they've released a shitton of slow cards but not really nerfed any of the face decks, whilst taking away the tools (healbot, chow, belcher) that were used to counter them. Ladder is good at the moment, but I'm pretty sure in 2/3 days when people are done with the novelty of the new cards, we will be back to Face Shamans everywhere.

I'm not sure tbh-I think Shaman will resort to a control deck with the absurd amount of healing now available to them. And with Eternal Sentinal unlocking all overloarded crystals........

I still haven't come across any face decks so far and Rogue is tearing it up right now. There's nothing more satisfying, then absolutely wrecking a Druid with Savage Roar thanks to the Huckster minion.

Someone will probably try some face type deck but with the number of taunts around, and the lack of silence available it's going to be a very tall order. Black Knight though should also be an auto include without doubt once the higher ranks are reached.

Idk man, I played 16 games last night: 2 evolve shaman, 2 face shaman, 4 zoolock, 1 odd zoo cthun hybrid, 3 cthun druid, a cthun warrior, a priest, 2 token druids.

Offworld Trading Company coming out today, from Civilization 4 lead designer no less. Economic strategy set on Mars. The reviews are excellent today, definitely going to try it out.

Reading up about Offowrld Trading Company a bit, that game looks **** cool. It's not like your run-of-the-mill economic strategy where you're just building and expanding until you get bored. Instead, you're racing other companies to win on a timer, sort of like in Civilization where at last round there's a point count. Seems like they also have some fun features to manipulate the market, mess with AI opponents, and so on.

Great in depth review here - https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2016/04/29/offworld-trading-company-review/

The game looks **** fun, definitely gonna grab it at some point.

I had in when it was in EA, I mean it was ok but was some massive issues regarding AI buyouts and stuff like that, I might revisit but I doubt it with Stellaris on the horizon let me know what it is like though if you do pick it up and has gt over its early access problems

Balance is usually out of whack in EA versions tbh.

Face Shaman absolutely everywhere on ladder right now. Not sure why Blizzard thought that removing Chow, Healbot and Belcher, adding no replacements and then giving Shaman a 4 mana 7/7 that curves into Tuskar Totemic was a good idea. With Evolve and the 2 mana cheat cards coming to the archetype as well, they seem to have done exactly the same thing that they did with GVG all over again: over buffed the **** out of a class that was underused before.

I'm fully expecting nerfs pretty soon. One card that absolutely disgusts me to the point of nausea though is Darkshire Councilman. When I watch a stream and see what happens it makes me want to be sick. It's simply Undertaker Mk II

In a very short while I shall be Overwatching again in the early access of Open Beta (which opens couple of days). Can't wait

Played DC Universe online yesterday, free to play game on Xbox One, actually pretty fun for the couple of hours I played. Let me know if anyone else on here gives it a go.
