Halo is what I miss the most for not having this generation's console.

While these games may not be god's gift to mankind, they were always highly polished, with top notch production values and just **** fun.
 
Went back to Total War Rome 2. I now remember just how much I suck at the game

Bought Homefront : Revolution, its bland ****, the mechanics make candy crush look deep. generic post apocalyptic shooter. Nothing innovative at all gun are way way off. Probably won't even turn it back on gunna trade in and put 12 quid in and get 50 pound steam credit and either buy Warhammer if its not totally ****** or wait on steam sale oh and don't buy Homefront its propely gash

I want to but I'll probably wait first for the usual patching shennanigans to be done first, the usual procedure for all games released these days. Defo getting it though. Cause Warhammer and Total War is going to be a match made in heaven

Yeah I will have the money but after Rome **** that as much I really want to buy it! probably just buy loads of titles I don't need in steam summer sale instead unless HOI consumes me

Have you played 5 at all mate? Having a team and the newer abilities (sprint, ground slam etc) makes it feel a lot different to past Halo games.

Most I've enjoyed a campaign since Battlefield 4. Not touched the multiplayer though.

I see the forge mode is coming to PC, not sure exactly what you will be able to do on it bar making maps though
 
going to trade in homefront because its terrible, now do I get overwatch or Warhammer arrrghh edging overwatch

I am going to catch a twitch stream tomorrow before I go in town and trade in, see if the game is broken, but the battle scenes just look so cool in Warhammer!

Yeah they look cool. I'd love to play Overwatch but there's already an increasing cheating problem they encountered during beta. Shame really. It's pretty sad that people want to risk paying for a game then cheating, knowing they'll lose their account if they get caught.

Oh really? was not aware of that, Looking like it could well be Warhammer then as long as twitch is positive.

Yeah people were posting video evidence on Reddit. It was so obvious who were using aimbots but they thought they could get away with it lol. But Blizz have been doing a lot more ban waves lately so I suspect that will be sorted out much sooner than later-they've got far too much riding on this, and they want it to be a competitive e-sport.
 
Well Warhammer looks great on the streams but looks like its been poorly optimised going by the amount of complaints, think I will wait on that one. Decided to buy Overwatch but on my PS4 12GB day 1 patch though GRRRRRR

I can use Bastion pretty well for both, I jus sit on the objective in try mode, once healers work out I am wrecking the other team they just keep me alive had some epic moments of the round too, actually good at an FPS been a while regularly getting most eliminations and damage too
 
Gone back to Champ Manager 01/02 now I have finally got it working again on PC (fixed the **** that was the "not enough system memory" error) as it gave me such an incredible amount of joy on the original X Box (literally had 15 hour marathons on a daily basis in 07/08) and I've just been smashed in the face by such an incredible wave of nostalgia upon seeing the player names. Darren Huckerby, Keown, Dennis Wise, David Seaman, Sherringham, Jason Euell....enough to bring a tear to ones eye lol.

Looking forward to starting the challenge from scratch. Have a feeling that once again it's going to be RIP sleep :D

I've seen a lot of talk saying Bastion is OP so he may get a damage reduction or something in a future patch.

My favorite role is a healer, shame you're on PS4!

I haven't been following the talk so I don't know. I can see the case for him to be slightly OP but he is a massive unit which can easily picked off by snipers. When I have come up against capable snipers especially the bow and arrow dude I get picked off alot. I've had to pop out for a meeting but i am going to give some of the suppirt riles a go later. The dude who has the big shield he is annoying as **** too, especially by a skilled player.
