What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

My Manchester attack needs sorting, I've got Owen, Hernandez, berba and ofc Rooney. Been using berba as deep lying support, started with Rooney there though but he's been pretty bad in that position. Owen, Rooney and Berba all seem like the deep lying type but i can't be bothered playing with two deep lying forwards, any suggestions? And how's Rooney been doing as Deep lying forward support for you?

Berba as trequartista and rooney as complete forward attack?

I would play Dzeko as a target man with attack duty.
I retrained Balotelli to the left wing (winger, attack), as his stats are more compatible with that position. If you decide to play him as a striker anyway, I'd suggest a poacher role.
 
lionel messi? But the right wing and attack midfield pos .Is not an option.
 
Felipe (Fiorentina defender), Gamberini, Gilardino and Babacar?
 
Hi guys, i hope someone can assist me a bit... I started a new game (my first) with german outfit Werder Bremen. My plan is to use the "diamond" system invented by my predesessor Thomas Schaaf. -> 2 strikers, attacking midfield, 2 central midfielders, defensive midfielder, 4 defenders. I dont search this forum for the best players so i simply bought the ones wich i like or my scouts suggested. Maybe some tomatoes are includet but we will see(H). The pre season went well but then a nightmare begun. I´ve lost to bayern, Fehnerbahce and Leverkusen and my players started peeing in their pants:@! Morale is on a record low and i couldnt win one of the first 7 league games. I think one main cause are the wrong roles i selcted for my players. I´ll now post my team and would be very gratefull if someone could put some work in this and give me some advice. I really dont want to get axed before christmas. ;)

*Henrique is a very talented young brazilian which was my last effort to cure the goal drought. I bought him at last transfer day after i received only baskets at Hazard and Gündogan. Sadly till now it dont work. My problem is that the team seems unable to score, i dont receive much (mostly only one or nothing), but i surely cant win if they cant score goals.
So, any hints arround?
