if you play with on you should try the 4231 formation with Busquets as destroyer and Xavi as playmaker in the CM roles. And then Pastore, Ganso and Iniesta as CAM:s. and that is my recomendation.

Villa as a poacher and Messi as a Treq work excellent. Iniesta has been solid set to Advanced playmaker. How should I play Xavi? deep lying playmaker? and most importantly Pastore behind the strikers.
