What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

I signed Coutinho for United and I'm struggling to get him to play well, any suggestions? He's playing CAM btw.

if you play with on you should try the 4231 formation with Busquets as destroyer and Xavi as playmaker in the CM roles. And then Pastore, Ganso and Iniesta as CAM:s. and that is my recomendation.

2 Strikers. So it looks like

--Villa - Messi
---- Pastore
Iniesta - Xavi
--- Busquets

Villa as a poacher and Messi as a Treq work excellent. Iniesta has been solid set to Advanced playmaker. How should I play Xavi? deep lying playmaker? and most importantly Pastore behind the strikers.
 
Neymar as a lone striker? In front of 2 inside forwards - support and one attacking midfielder - attack

Guys need a quick answer here. How to get the best from Alexis Sanchez? Inside forward on the right or left?Or even Winger? And what's the best 'wide play' for him?

try him on the aml position as inside forward - attack
 
im quite a few seasons on anybody help with araujo? i played him a s a complete forward and he scored 21 in 42 but i think he got potential to score more

hi guys, have this player and he constantly fails when aproaching the goal from the side. what preferred move should I give him?

Anyone know how to use him best? I'm sure i've heard he is an awesome defensive mid but his tackling and marking aren't that great right now. Have I bought the wrong Sissoko? :P

I have Pastore playing immense as a Treq... I still can't get Iniesta or Xavi to average over a 7.00 even though we dominate games. I have Iniesta as a Advanced Playmaker and Xavi as a Deep Lying Playmaker.

He is a regen but can anyone judge on his stats. Playing as Complete Forward but not getting amazing results at the moment
 
Im playing as Middlesbrough with the new patch, using a rather controlling 4-4-2, but my forwards wont seem to score, at all. It really starts to bother me, as I struggle to hang on to the top teams - atm I am only in the middle of the table. I tend to play well in the back, and I am not conceeding many goals.

My question is: how should I play Kris Boyd and Scott McDonald? McDonald was great in the start as poacher, but he is utter **** now. Kris Boyd only scored a single goal in 12 matches, and tends to give away the ball all the time. His stats are actually good, but he just wont bag 'em :S

Help.
