What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

can you suggest me the best roles for these players in this formation
i want to play a 4-3-3 but just can't get the best out of my strikers

i find this works best
mascherano - anchorman
xavi deep lying playmaker - support
iniesta - advanced playmaker - attack
messi - advanced playmaker - ataack
pedro - inside forward - support
villa - poacher

Pedro - Deep lying forward (support)

Mascherano - Ball winning mid
Iniesta - CM - Attack
Xavi - Advanced playmaker

Complete forward
Not sure
Adv Playmaker or trequista in the amc position.He has got good finishing thats why I have recommended Trequista as well.

I have tried him on the left hand side as an inside forward but he just hasnt performed.

Inside winger on the right maybe but he also played really well on the right as a winger for me on my chelsea save(he would be better tho as Inside forward) or maybe a winger on the left.
Kevin would probably play best as advanced playmaker
