i want to play a 4-3-3 but just can't get the best out of my strikers

i find this works best
mascherano - anchorman
xavi deep lying playmaker - support
iniesta - advanced playmaker - attack
messi - advanced playmaker - ataack
pedro - inside forward - support
villa - poacher

Complete forward
Not sure
Adv Playmaker or trequista in the amc position.He has got good finishing thats why I have recommended Trequista as well.

Inside winger on the right maybe but he also played really well on the right as a winger for me on my chelsea save(he would be better tho as Inside forward) or maybe a winger on the left.
Kevin would probably play best as advanced playmaker

Paulo Henrique (Ganos) - Not sure whether to have him in the CM position as deeplying playmaker or as an advanced playmaker.

I would play him in the AMC position as advance playmaker but I don't play a setup which utilize an AMC

I am basically asking how to get the most out of him. Currently he doesn't get especially much ball, the few times he does get it he does some brilliant passes but for some reason he is the player who has the least amount of ball of all my players...My defenders / ball winning midfielder basically never make a pass to him.
