What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Ye, got him for Rangers for £800k and he scored 20 last season, but he misses just as many and goes missing in games!
Not sure how to utilise his flair, ill stick him as an AF then! Cheers
 
4-3-3 Chelsea

Malouda - Drogba - Anelka

Right now I have:
Malouda as Treq,
Drogba as Complete Attack
Anelka as Advanced attack

Though I'm having hard time getting Drogba to score, I have Lampard as my most scoring player atm.

Any suggestions to my offensive line?
 
Romeli lukaku only scored 3 goals since i signed him i will play him along side fernando torres
 
I am playing either a 4-4-2 (normal & diamond) and potentialy a 4-4-1 with Birmingham.

My question is about Cameron Jerome. When I play him next to Zigic (excellent taget man) what role(s) and duties should I give Cameron Jerome?

If not Jerome, what would be a good type to match with Zigic (target man) in a 4-4-2.

Hi im manging arsenal and want to know what roles and duties my players should have
also what you think of the current formation and any reccomendations for a more suitable formation for the players i have. My formation is 4-2-4 (2 center mid and 2 on either wing).

Oh and if you could reccomend any players you think would fit in well please do. subs are what are just on my screen atm :) so can change around if you think they should be starting. Sorry about long list dont know how to upload a pic of team and stuff :/

I am managing Parma and i play 4-2-3-1 formation.I have Paloschi as my forward.Is better to play him like advanced forward or like poacher?

hi any suggestions on a lukaku and rooney partnership? i play rooney as a deep lying attk and lukaku as a target man attk? i m playing friendlies only and its working averagly well. would like some better suggestions (if there are any). cheers!
