What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

and can you tell me should i play otamendi(central defeneder-cover) and Maicon(central defender defend)-maicon from porto ?
 
I'm running Juan Manuel Mata in my Arsenal-game as a inside forward on the left.
So far he scored 1 goal & gave 3 assists in 15 Premier League matches.
He needs to do more better. Anyone can give me some hints on how to play him best?

I used to have a Porto game(its a really fun save) but I cant remember what I did) I remember that one of the defenders was a CDstopper I think.I cant remember which fullback plays at LB its perrira I think.Play him as a FBS and play the RB(Fucile) as a FBD worked for me in a 4-5-1.I took over at christmas had two loans Holtby and Papasdo(Greek CB from Schalke) and I pretty much dominated i beat the leaders of the league(at the time)7-0.If you need more help PM me and I can load up my old Porto save and see if I can help you.

The best role for each is Torres poacher and Tevez Trequista but I dont think those 2 would work well.Shinys advice seems right.

I saw it but the only one I am sure on is Macheda.He is a target man attack
 
Any ideas for sanogo and lukaku as a partnership ? Lukaku scored 13 in 18 as Target Man - attack but i dont know if him and sanogo will work well.

And also neymar at AML

Macheda - Complete Forward
Otoo - Poacher
Nava -Adv Forward (best guess) he's not that great at anything

I keep seeing quality teams like Man Utd with people turning them into teams like these.
How the **** do you expect to win anything?
And if you do, How the **** do you do it?
And Where the **** do you find the players that no 1 has heard of?

Very hard thing to do cause the scouting must be intense. The clubs finances must be trillions cause the middle east/east europeans are cheap as! And the players you must get rid off will let hundreds of thousands off the wage bill. Chairman must love you.
Much love for sides like this even though i probably wouldnt succeed if i tried it myself.

I have a tottenham game in 2013 and i have 2 good strikers: hulk and suarez. I want to play them both but i dont know witch roles and duties suit them best. I have neymar as an inside forward on the left, an attacking midfielder and two cm's.

Afellay ------> AML - Inside Forward - Attack
Miguel Veloso ------> Deeplying Playmaker - Defend

Hulk ----> Complete Forward Support or Poacher
Suarez ----> Deeplying Forward Support or Poacher

If you play them together, make sure one of them takes a support role and the other an attack role.
