I keep seeing quality teams like Man Utd with people turning them into teams like these.

And Where the **** do you find the players that no 1 has heard of?

Very hard thing to do cause the scouting must be intense. The clubs finances must be trillions cause the middle east/east europeans are cheap as! And the players you must get rid off will let hundreds of thousands off the wage bill. Chairman must love you.
Much love for sides like this even though i probably wouldnt succeed if i tried it myself.

YAYA= Target Man or Poacher if he has not lost too much speed from his big injury
M'vila= Deep lying playmaker defend/support or ball winning support
Wilshere =Advanced playmaker Attack/Support
Lukaku= Target man or poacher

Lucas Moura=Left Winger inside forward support with long shots on rarely.
Alex Chamberlain = Pure Winger Attack
Taarbt= Attaking Midfielder Attack
Mcfadder maybe widemid attack

Hey guys,

I am having trouble getting the best of Aaron Ramsay. I have tried him both as an advanced playmaker and more so as a center midfielder set to attack. He is still young and the season is only in November, but he is usually averaging around a 6.2 in matches, even in matches where the rest of my team are well above 7.0 Also I am having trouble finding the best role for Gago both as a DMC and MC.

gago - central midfielder - defend
 
first season, napoli.

playing Hamsik, Cavani, Sosa, Falcao, Lavezzi, in a 5-1-2-2

Hamsik - MC - Adv. Playmaker (support)
Cavani - AMR - Inside Forward (attack)
Sosa - AML - Winger (attack)
Falcao - STCR - Target Man (attack)
Lavezzi - STCL - Poacher (attack)

That's how things are right now, going ok, but with the firepower i have, could be better I think. Any suggestions would be appreciated, just to let me know how you guys would play these players, either in this formation, or in another one. I'm open for suggestions.
